The location was great, close enough to town and far enough to be quiet as well. Quick walk with the family to the beach just across the street was perfect for my young kids. Very spacious for a two-bedroom and we had plenty of room. Host was great and available for any questions.

The location was perfect and fit our needs! We really enjoyed the views waking up every morning. The pier out back was a hit with my fisherman husband and definitely a nice perk of this place! There were minor things that couldve made our stay better, but overall would definitely recommend!

Wonderful quiet retreat

The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the furnishings were nice and updated. Had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Sonia was a wonderful host. She was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze, and the entire process was seamless. The home is well-maintained, spotless, and filled with beautiful natural light. Just a heads-up for future guests: the property is on the third floor, so there are quite a few stairs to climb. We loved the private pier and were even surprised with a puffer fish catch on our first day! The location is perfect and within easy walking distance to the beach. Although we didn't use the spacious pool, it looked very inviting. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola. Thanks, Sonia!

The whole space was so beautiful with the best views! Literally a 5 min walk to the beach or the option to drive right across, park your car and your right on the beach! The pool was gigantic and clean! This was absolutely the best stay for us! The beds were so comfy and the set up especially if you have kids was so convenient!

Nice place for stay with family!

We had a great time here with family! Very clean, well maintained, well stocked property and beautifully done up too. Walkable to beach access across the street and we were able to watch the sunset from an access point behind the property too.

Great location and condo!

The unit was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked with essentials. Location was across the street from the beach but we had a nice view of the bay. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys were available for use also. Sonia was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay!

Great time!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Conveniently located and had everything we need. Sonia was quick to respond with any questions we had. Could use some wine glasses but otherwise well stocked kitchen!

The property is excellent and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great and we took advantage of the free trolley stops right at the end of the driveways. The property manager was so nice and kept in great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable and I’d stay again

Great experience from the start. Communication about property was clear and quick. Check in was simple, easy and KEYLESS which I LIKE cause I didn’t have to worry about keeping up with a key at the beach. Place is well supplied and comfortable. Bedrooms are upstairs, so if you have a ‘lil one, you might need a babygate:) The pool is huge and clean. Walmart is about 15min away and there’s a convenience store next door. The beach up front (across the rd) has a shower and a lifeguard- better when you know someone’s watching out for you.

Much needed

My best friend and I drove 8.5 hours with FOUR children to this amazing condo! When we walked in, all the kids freaked and said they would do that ride again and again for this place! The BEST location and very clean and so nice! We had the best time!! Much needed vacation with the kiddos!

Beautiful place

Very nicely kept. We were on the go so didn't spend much time at the home but would have liked to. Our only complaint was finding all the towels and washcloths in the dryer on our last day. We wondered why there weren't more in the bathrooms. Very nice place and would stay again.

Spring Break Vacation

We had a great time! Property was just like description. Easy access to dock on bayside for fishing. Easy access to beach. You can walk or drive across the street. Plenty of parking at beach. Peg leg Pete’s restaurant is a five minute walk along with a confidence store. Unit is on the second level of this building. Just be aware that you will have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to unit. Wasn’t a problem for though. Great communication with property manager. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!
