Séjour Villaprecioso Peniscola

La propreté laisse à désirer maison et environnement/barbecue très sale, non utilisé en l état/villa vieillissante avec travaux à faire pour meriter d etre Abritel, ne merite pas la somme versée. La piscine est non privée alors que l annonce dit le contraire, elle est à partager entre 4 appartements, imaginez lorsque vous avez des jeunes jusqu'à 3h du mat avec musique à fond. Pour le prix je déconseille cette location

A renover

Bon emplacement mais voiture indispensable pour aller en ville . L'électricité saute dès que 2 appareils électroménagers sont branchés et il faut aller réenclencher dans un local électrique de l'autre côté de la route.(Chose improbable en France) Meubles et électroménagers vétustes (Vaisselle sale que nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivée. Canapés sales et très inconfortables,la télé dysfonctionne, four cassé mais changé quand nous l'avons dit à la propriétaire, vider 3fois par jour l'eau du seau de la climatisation,il faut passer par la route pour accéder à la piscine
