A wonderful apartment on a front line location in Peniscola.Very private directly viewing the beach.

The apartment was well appionted with new bathroom , well fitted kitchen ,and fabulous spacious balcony.

FANTÁSTICA ESTANCIA

Hemos disfrutado 4 días en el Apartamento de Ana. La ubicación es fantástica, el apartamento tiene una buena distribución, y dispone de todo lo necesario, para facilitar una estancia cómoda y agradable, gracias a los servicios que ofrece y la maravillosa terraza con con vistas en primera linea de playa. Importante también la comodidad del garaje dentro del perímetro de la finca. En cuanto a Ana, la propietaria, también es de 10, por su buen trato y disposición en todo momento, y la información de actividades que facilitan conocer y disfrutar del entorno. Si tenemos ocasión, volveremos!! Gracias Ana :)

Inmejorable ubicación y muy amplia terraza

Contentos con el apartamento. Ana fue muy amable, la comunicación fue fluida y nos atendió a lo que necesitamos, nos permitió quedarnos hasta las 16:00 el día de salida al no tener alquilado el apartamento ese día. El apartamento estaba limpio, en primera Linea de playa, puedes escuchar el mar por la noche desde la cama. La terraza es impresionante, tan grande como el apartamento, y con toldos para dar sombra, dos tumbonas y una mesa grande con 4 sillas. La cocina es de tamaño suficiente, sin mesa, pero acceso directo a la terraza por lo que usas la terraza y no la echas de menos. Está bien equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos, salvo lavavajillas. El salón es de espacio suficiente para 4 personas, todo exterior con acceso a la terraza. los muebles son antiguos aunque bien conservados, quizás se echa de menos que no se hayan actualizado, eso ya depende del nivel de exigencia de quien se aloje. Los dormitorios de tamaño suficiente, la cama doble con colchón y almohadas cómodas. El baño, se nota que se reformó, la ducha bien aunque se debió de romper la puerta de la mampara y ahora sólo tiene la parte fija, pero la presión de la ducha no es demasiado fuerte por lo que si tienes cuidado no se sale agua fuera de la ducha. El único pero al baño es que huele mal, al desagüe del inodoro. No hay aire acondicionado aunque con ventiladores de techo de dormitorios. El Wifi no funciona muy bien. Las ventanas son de aluminio antiguo pero bien conservadas.

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Mit der Vermieterin gab es eine sehr angenehme Kommunikation. Die Aussicht ist einfach genial. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder hier buchen und die Zeit genießen

Kofortable Wohnung mit Super-Ausblick

Angenehmer, netter Vermieter. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf Peniscola, Strand und den Sonnenaufgang. Zugang zum gedeckten Parkplatz mittels Schranken. Strand über die Strasse erreichbar. Zentrum von Peniscola gut per Fuss oder öffentlichem Bus erreichbar. Sind sehr zufrieden und können uns weitere Aufenthalte vorstellen.
