Well located property for easy access to the main strip of bars and restaurants. Its a nice clean place. Externally it could do with an update but that didn't spoil our enjoyment of the property

Great location - shops and restaurants up a slight hill but literally 5 mins away. A great supermarket a 10-15 min walk away with free delivery back if you ask. Beach is a 10 min walk. The property is in need of some tlc but had everything we needed. It’s clean and basic.The pool light became loose in the pool so left on the side outside as still connected for 8 days (but no risk of electrocution), one of the bolts on the sun lounger came off and the sun brolly couldn’t be used as the base had rusted away. It needs 2 for the pool area. The property team did send people out to repair but only the sunbed sorted. We didn’t really get the customer service that you would expect in the UK until I chased up 3 times. Local building work starting at 6am and dogs continually barking isn’t the owners fault but be aware! Nice basic property, lovely pool guy and cleaner

An honest review

There was 4 of us 2 couples for 2 weeks, our 1st impression of the villa was disappointing, we have stayed in villas in Coral bay many times, I knew exactly where the villa was and booked it because of its ideal location, could be that after the journey we were a bit hot and grumpy but as I said 1st night we wasn't happy. After a good nights sleep in very comfortable clean beds things didn't seem so bad, the villa is very basic and perhaps looking a bit tired, things like bare light bulbs scruffy plasterwork around the pool, aircon not turning off, lack of a radio although I managed to play it through the TV, 6 chairs outside but 4 cushions and 1 parasol which considering you could have 6 people staying just wasn't enough, we did contact the agent and another one was bought round so it was ok for us 4. The outside shower broke after a week but wasn't fixed but we did manage to fashion a shower with the hose ourselves. Maybe we have been spoilt by other villas but as the time went on the villa grew on us and in the end we had a lovely holiday and we all agreed that despite the minor and easily fixed problems we would return to the villa for a holiday.

Great location, fab villa

Really lovely villa in the heart of Coral Bay. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Only thing the villa was lacking was a couple of sun umbrellas, so that you could sit around the pool in the shade if you wish. There was only one, between a group of six. Otherwise perfect really.

Had a great time at coral bay, villa was in a great location easy distance to amenities and beech, villa could of had more umbrellas as 1 wasn’t enough, and something to shut out morning sun so you could eat at outside table. That’s the only negative on what was a nice villa in great area
