Compramos la casa en verano 08 para complementar nuestra otra propiedad Villa Limone (CY1103), que está a 400 metros de distancia. La villa ha sido reformado, nuevo mobiliario y enseres, nuevo estado de la técnica de cocina y baño, redec completa en todo! La villa es ideal para familias o parejas, y se presenta a un nivel muy alto, su perfecta para dejar todo el año con aire acondicionado que calienta y calentador de gas. Ofrece amplias habitaciones de planta abierta. Hay un gran jardín privado parking exterior, guijarros, plantación y un pequeño patio en la parte delantera y una amplia zona de patio alrededor de la piscina a un lado con un montón de espacio para tomar el sol. La piscina de azulejos es climatizada con energía solar que permite nadar casi todo el año y con excelentes vistas a la playa Coralia y el mar. Hay una barbacoa de gas para cenar al aire libre. Tiendas, restaurantes, bares y supermercados, se encuentran a 2 minutos a pie al igual que las playas de fama mundial. Parada de autobús con servicio regular a Pafos y al parque acuático. Al hospedarse con nosotros, usted es elegible para descuentos en muchas atracciones turísticas y restaurantes.

Recommend and would return

Excellent location. Great features, facilities and equipment.Pool was good for dips abd would be perfect in summer. Sea was warm so temperature not a problem overall for swimming in area in general.Nice welcome pack for first days breakfast.Convenient location for beach and uphill walk to town.Recommended tours, restaurants were very useful and helped with discount on jeep safari tour to mountains.Overall a great week in easter holidays.

Absolutely perfect

We had excellent communication from Lisa on how to get to the villa. On arrival the welcome pack exceeded anything I have had before and Lisa left a special surprise for my daughter’s birthday this was a lovely treat. The Villa was very clean and spacious with everything that you could need but a bonus was the water cooler this was very welcome. The outside had lots of seating areas and loungers. The pool was really clean and well looked after. The location was perfect for us as a base to travel from to other parts of Cyprus but with lots of facilities nearby a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants as well as the best supermarket Phillippos. We highly recommend a stay in this villa and look forward to returning next year.. Lisa and Felix are the perfect hosts they respond well if you need them and are very helpful but leave you in peace if you don’t need them.

Fantastic villa, just a very short walk from Coral Bay Beach. Very clean and tidy, also quite private which was a bonus!! Lisa and Felix were very helpful, arranged our airport transfers and a comfy apartment to stay in while we were waiting for our flight. Nice little welcome pack waiting for us which was a nice touch, and lots of info and tips on where to visit etc. Will definitely recommend!!

Lovely stay

The property was in a great location. A bit of a walk to coral bay strip with 2 young children in the heat but taxi super easy to get from Hotel opposite legends. The pool was nice Rooms to be expected for a villa with air con. One thing I would recommend is additional fans for the living area as the temperature was extremely hot due to heat wave and humidity for the time of year was unusual made it uncomfortable between 1pm and 4pm as we could only cool down in the bedrooms. The local restaurant were lovely, beach short walk and also very nice.

Lovely Villa

Villa was very good and we really appreciated Lisa allowing us to stay at the villa until we were due to leave for our flight home as we had a late flight. The pool was good, although a little deep at one end for our like, but that didn’t stop us using it every day bar one. The strip is a little uphill on the way there, but at least it was downhill coming back. We did catch the bus some nights. Our only disappointment was the lack of Cypriot restaurants within walking distance, as we do like to eat the local food when we’re on holiday, however there are plenty of restaurants if you like to mix up your cuisine.

Lovely relaxing Stay.

We had a fabulous 2 weeks over Christmas, the villa was perfect for our needs. Lisa & Felix were really welcoming and helpful with any concerns we had about how things worked. The villa has easy access to the beach and local bars & restaurants. The bus service is excellent so you don’t necessarily need a car. Unless you wish to travel and see more of the island. We were very lucky with the weather for December it was warm and sunny most days, cool in the evening but we had a great heating stove that kept us cosy and warm. Would definitely return.

Relaxing stay

This is a lovely property, away from the main strip of Coral Bay, which is easily reachable by bus. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach, with a supermarket just round the corner and several bars and restaurants nearby. The property itself has everything you could need for a relaxing break with plenty of outside seating for both relaxing and eating. The pool stayed warm for the whole of our visit, and was great with both shallow and deeper areas for the kids. The property itself is clean, tidy and well equipped. There are lots of books and games available, and the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Lisa and Felix are really helpful, both in terms of communication before arrival and helping with any questions during the stay. Thank you for having us in your property, would definitely recommend staying to anyone else looking for somewhere in Coral Bay.

Great Villa, very spacious. Good location very private.

I really liked the villa it has nice big rooms and well laid out. The pool and outside area are great which is where you spend most of your time on holiday. It is very private with no overlooking which is just the way I like it. Very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Welcome pack was great and other basic items had also been left. Would go again.

Lovely Break which was much needed

We only stayed here for one of our two week stay because of an issue with the villa that was totally outwith Lisa and Felix's control. They rectified the situation promptly by moving us to another of their villas. This review is just for this villa. Communication prior to arrival and the overall booking process was excellent. Lisa was so prompt at responding to emails and nothing was too much trouble. Checking in to the villa was easy and everything was as expected. Late checkout was accommodate free of charge which when your flight isn't until 2250 is a huge plus! The villa is very spacious indoors and out and well equipped for all your needs. The welcome pack was much appreciated and meant we didn't have to rush out to the shop. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is good. There are plenty of books, games and children's toys should you need them. WIFI is fine and the TV and channel selection great should you need to watch it! The patio and pool area are lovely and we enjoyed just chilling out after a tough couple of months. The pool was cool as it is May so we weren't brave enough to venture in any further than the tops of our legs but I enjoyed sitting on the side and dangling my legs over to cool off. Location great, being quiet but close enough to anything you need via a short walk or bus ride. We had a fabulous time and hope to return. Also would use U2 car hire as recommended by Lisa, one of the best cars we have hired in Cyprus!!

A large, well equipped villa perfect for our group!

We booked the villa to have a quiet week away in the sun, as a group of friends in our 40’s and 50’s. Lisa was extremely helpful and arranged all our taxi’s at an excellent price, even though we were all flying in from different airports. We were delighted with the welcome pack of food and drinks, particularly the large water cooler, and it was a very thoughtful gesture. The villa has been updated and has a lot of nice touches. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent and only takes a few minutes to cool the room. The pool is a nice size and has steps, which is lovely for kids or middle aged women who want to get in slowly! Lots of sunbeds & tables & sun umbrellas. Pool towels were another nice touch. The patio furniture is perfect for the warm evenings, and we all sat and chatted for hours. Lisa and Felix had left a comprehensive advice booklet with restaurant discounts and recommendations which was extremely handy. The nearest beach at Coralio Bay/Beach is small coves with shallow water, perfect for kids. We spent most of our time at Coral bay, which is beautiful big bay with turquoise water. The villa is a great size and tbh just 4 of us found it ample space. Enormous sofas, Expat tv if you want uk tv, lots of chairs and tables. Thankyou to Lisa and Felix for all the thoughtful touches.

Great holiday

A great quiet location , lovely spacious modern clean villa ,with a fantastic swimming pool , all this is within walking distance to the beach , supermarket and local restaurants and bar’s. The welcome pack Is a nice touch and helpful after a late evening flight. Comfortable beds with good air con in the bedrooms. Outside space with plenty of sunny areas . Highly recommend a stay here .

Fantastic pool, great location

Enjoyed a 10 night stay & made great use of the fantastic pool. It was perfect for our family holiday. The villa was clean & homely. Fantastic location, minutes from the beach, mid size supermarket & local restaurants. We took a taxi to the main strip 2 nights & walked home (10 mins) when it was a little cooler! Communication with Lisa was efficient & helpful right from the beginning.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. In a quiet location so was very chilled. We could of done with some baking trays for the oven, but we did improvise 😁 Maybe air conditioning downstairs not just in bedrooms. However Felix did bring us a fan which helped a little.

Great house and pool - very close to everything

We loved our stay at this house. Owners were very helpful and the kids loved the pool. It had plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It would have been helpful to have a google maps pin to help find the house, rather than written directions, but we found it in the end.

Great villa for a family

2nd time we have stayed here. Lisa is an excellent host and went out if her way to tailor the welcome pack to us because we have vegetarian family members. The location is perfect for exploring the west of Cyprus and we would recommend a good long walk along the coast stopping at the various Tavernas on the way to St George's. Looking forward to returning next year.

perfect location and stay

We booked quite late with covid still around. Lisa could not have been more helpful from the first enquiry to our arrival and during our stay. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The villa was spotless on arrival and even lamps left on as we were an evening arrival. there was a fabulous welcome pack in the fridge and some extra bits we had requested( beer and wine for our first evening) the water cooler is an added bonus. there is a very detailed guide in the villa covering everything from where to eat to what to do , local amenities etc There is also a list of places where you get discount staying with them, an unexpected treat! and something we havent had in a villa before. The outside space is fabulous and private, lovely clean pool, plenty of sun loungers, outside dining furniture and lounge furniture. Philipos the big supermarket on the way into Coral Bay even run you and your shopping back to the villa, there is a smaller local supermarket if you don't want a big shop , Legends is 5 mins on foot and offers fabulous breakfasts! our fave restaurant was Porto Antico about 10 mins on foot. Top quality food and sunset views over the sea. Coralia beach is less than 5 mins on foot and the buses start from here should you fancy a trip into Paphos. All in all an excellent stay with welcoming caring hosts, we will be back. many thanks Jane

Loveless & rudimentary

Unfortunately I was very disappointed and left earlier. When I arrived I didn't know the key box. I thought that the door would open automatically. No description, no second key. There was no light in the corridor, the lamp was defective. The same in the kitchen at the extractor hood, the lamp, and where the switches are, it was stuck, but loosed, so not good to use. The villa is surrounded by three construction sites. So it is very noisy, also on saturday until the evening. By night there is several times noise from barking dogs, which live close to the villa. Nearby is a bar. Their fridges are outside and very noise all night. At last the coral bay avenue which is very loud during the day. The toaster does not have a bun attachment. The lights are too bright. We missed a tray, a small mop and a fruit knife. In the living room is no AC. The sink in the bathroom is clogged. Why I did not tell you? Why didn't the cleaning lady tell you?? It is not our job to find defects and tell you. We expect things which run when we rent the villa. In the bathroom is only a small filing under the mirror. There are no more shelves or hooks. The towel radiator was dusty. In the big bedroom one blind cannot be lowered. In another room one blind cannot be raised. Each of us only had three towels, too little for eight nights. There was no indication that there was toilet paper in the closet. You have prepared two rooms. I switched in the other small one because I didn't want to trip over the bed which is very inconvenient right on the door. But the left bed creaked very bad, so I took the other one. There are small bedside lamps with too dark lampshades. The safe doesn’t fit a 12 inch laptop well. There are a lot of squeaky door handles. And most of the doors you can hardly close the doors quietly. The pool can be heated by panels on the roof. Unfortunately there was no meter to check the temperature. Maybe about 20°C in the beginning of November. I was hoping for more, but promised was only „heated pool“. The clothes horse and a sun bed were broken at one place. In the evenings when you sit outside on the terrace on the „wrong“ chair your were blinded by a bright lamp, bright like a headlamp which is on the roof on a house on the coral bay ave. A nice gesture was some food in the fridge for breakfast. Also in the kitchen you find a water dispenser. And the villa has fast WLAN.

Lovely villa in Coral Bay

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing place near the sea and loved the beautiful villa and the pool. There are nice bars and restaurans close to the villa. Everything has been perfect for us and our friends, including the friendly and helpful communication with Lisa, we even could check out a bit later. Thank you Lisa and Felix for this relaxing holiday.

10/10 stay!! We would highly recommend Lisa and Felix's villa. After booking, Lisa sends you all the information you need for to get yourself to the Villa and get checked in. We booked an airport transfer via Holiday Extras. The taxi driver wasn't quite sure where to go. Lisa, maybe the driving instructions could be translated into Greek to help in the future? On entering the Villa we were amazed at how big the property is. The lovely Lisa left us a bottle of bubbles and a lovely card congratulating us on our weeding. There is a very extensive, well detailed information pack provided. Please make sure you read this as there are some great recommendations in it for restaurants and places to visit. The Villa has everything that you need. A real home from home. Recommendations: On the strip. 20 min walk. You need to book at all of these places. > Trattoria La Vigna (Italian Restaurant) You get a 10% discount here if you tell them you are staying at Lisa & Felix's place. Great food. > Sala Thai. Real authentic Thai food. >Seriani. Great meat restaurant. Other options > Legends bar (The local pub/restaurant) Great food and entertainment. >Porto Antico (A 20 min walk) we didn't eat here but the menu and food looked amazing. >Oniro by the sea. Is a MUST!!! Go in the day for the great views and at night. The Food is amazing. You need to book. There is a local supermarket just up from Legends Bar where you can get your essentials. For a "Big shop" go to Philippos Supermarket. Make sure you carry your Cyprus Flight Pass with you everywhere you go. We hired a car and went to: > Latchi to do Jest Skiing. This place has a beautiful harbour where we ate > Paphos. The shopping centre is great if you love to go clothes shopping & the harbour We ate in some nights too. Used the bbq twice :-) We really really didn't want to come home. We had just the most amazing time. The only things we would like to see if we come again is. > Air con downstairs. This would be a great asset. > A king size bed in the main bedroom. Only because we are use to sleeping in one at home :-) > The pool sunbeds could do with an upgrade. There is one thing to be cautious of when booking. The Villa next door, looks like it has been sold and could potentially be renovated soon. It does needs a lot of work doing to it so maybe ask Lisa if the building works have started, as I wouldn't want this to ruin your holiday. Thanks again for a great stay.
