Situated on the ground floor of the West Coast's newest luxury development on the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Paynes Bay, The St. James is a treasure for guests looking to enjoy the ultimate vacation experience in Barbados.
The spacious bedroom is situated in a detached annex, known as the cottage. It features an open plan living, dining, and kitchenette, as well as a spacious, bright bedroom.
Access to the stunning soft white sands of Paynes Bay is via a pathway alongside the villa and a keyed gate, assuring privacy and security. Beach chairs and umbrellas are laid out every morning in anticipation of the lazy sun-soaked days ahead, and the bay is truly serene with calm waters, excellent snorkelling, and lots of privacy.
The Villa at The St. James is ideally located just minutes to many of the West Coast's most popular bars and restaurants, world-class golf courses, and luxury brand shopping.
For larger groups The Villa at The St. James and The One at The St. James can be booked together to make a great ten-bedroom vacation rental option. For smaller groups, The Villa at The St. James (4 bed) is the perfect vacation option.

Location on Paynes Bay is great
There was hardly any items to cook with. No frying pan, only one small pot, no oven mitts. When asking for more, we received a burnt frying pan and wore out oven mitts. There are no window coverings in the back door so every other person staying in the property, can see in when the light is on. We received fresh towels but no housekeeping as stated twice a week, and no bed linen change. The area is ok and the staff are pleasant.
