Amazing place! Great location!

Everything was great. The studio is very comfortable and Niki was always in touch to help. The bed is comfortable and big. The kitchen has all what you need. Finally, Lakka is the best if you want to eat like God.

Posizione unica, in centro ma non zona pedonale, posteggiavo il mio scooter proprio sotto casa; vicino c’è davvero tutto: market, farmacia, ufficio del turismo, bus stop e tutto il centro di Lakka con negozi bar ristoranti e un lungomare molto bello e particolare. Appartamento molto luminoso con tutto ciò che può essere necessario, pulito e biancheria profumata. La Signora Niki meravigliosa, disponibile e amichevole! Non vedo l’ora di tornarci, super!!!

Niki Studio Tria is simple, cozy and well-maintained, and really good for the price. Set in an absolutely beautiful location near the sea. Just a 5-minutes walk from the nearest beach. We also visited Antipaxos and we were enchanted by its beautiful turquoise waters. I highly recommend this property.

It was very refreshing to arrive at a property. Exactly what we wish when making research for booking a studio. Lakka is very charming and we really enjoyed the local cuisine there. The local people are very friendly. We had a boat tour to Antipaxos and spent an amazing time there. Thank you!

The studio has everything that you would need during your holiday and it is enough for 2 people. The location was perfect - just 1 minute from the supermarket and restaurant. Kanoni beach is 500 meters from the property. Also, great service from the agents. Do not hesitate to book this studio.

Great location and a wonderful studio. We had meals in some of the tavernas in Lakka and Loggos and we would recommend you to go there and taste the most delicious local specialties. We also entrained ourselves in different activities: sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Paxos will forever be in our hearts. I would recommend staying here for sure.
