Homey luxury will welcome you to our very spacious 3 bed, 2 bath True Blue resort condo. Come golf, beach, dine, swim, walk or lounge all in one place. Newly updated, located on the 1st floor, so NO STAIRS! Features a fully-equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, Keurig Coffee Maker, nest temp control, wireless internet & cable. Minutes from the ocean, beaches, lake, restaurants, 8 golf courses. Centrally located to popular destinations, 20 miles to Myrtle Beach, 70 miles to Historic Charleston.

Primary Bedroom has a King size bed with walk in closet, and bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has a King and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. TVs in each bedroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 8.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances. Laundry has brand new HE washer/dryer.

The Living room has plenty of room to gather for games or watch some movies on the large television with cable.

Enter the screened porch from the living room or primary bedroom and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine.

True Blue golf course is world class and definitely a walkable neighborhood. Caledonia is approximately 3 minutes away. Both courses are phenomenal and there are 6 other courses in the area to choose from. The on-site amenities are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ areas, golfing right on site, and beach within 5 min.

We provide sheets, blankets, pillows, extra pillows, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, makeup wipes, and much more.

1 small pet allowed with an additional $100 pet fee. If you have an additional pet it needs to be approved and there is another $100 dollar cleaning fee. Dog must be kept on leash outside and you must pick up after your pet.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. The condo was very nice and clean with more than enough room for 4 adults and a baby. They supplied many essentials from coffee to laundry detergent. Location was perfect because we came to see family that lives nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The advertised "new" Funiture in the LR was very uncomfortable. Please invest in new towels, and some black out curtains for the front bedrooms. the exterior lighting makes the bedrooms very bright and hard to sleep in. The LR TV did not work at all. could not get it to connect to anything.

WOW! We loved the condo! There was nothing left to need! Everything you could think of was there in the kitchen. We were so impressed with all of the accommodations. We're looking forward to going back to this same VRBO! The neighbors were so friendly and our little maltese was welcomed by everyone he met. What a great place to visit and stay! The location was clean and had all the necessary items we needed to have a nice stay. The property was quiet. Communication was easy. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and treats for our dog...lovely touch.
