Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience and an enjoyed stay. There was plenty of room and VERY clean. I would definitely recommend! It is in a lovely area and is close to the beach and everything else. The golf cart is a definite plus.

Location was great, all the little things Tracy did before we checked in were very much appreciated (firewood, water, few snacks). Place was very clean and the back yard size was amazing, the pups loved it. If we are back in the area we will definite rent again

Perfect Stay at Pawleys

This is the perfect beach house at Pawleys For my family. It was our second year and will continue to book with Tracy. The beach is only a short golf cart ride away and the fenced in backyard is perfect for our dog.

Excellent location close to beach and restaurants

Conveniently located near the beach and local restaurants. Very dog friendly; loved the totally fenced in back yard (which was much larger than we anticipated). Owner is very pro-active, ensuring all goes well with your stay. Would stay here again.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We especially appreciated the large, fenced-in backyard. Even though Tracy was out of the country, he responded promptly to a couple of issues left by previous renters. The golf carts were a great convenience, and the proximity to the beach and local stores made everything easily accessible.

Look no further for pet friendly, easy access with good beds

The property was as advertised. The Host texted a few times to make sure all was okay. This was a family trip and the space was perfect. The backyard is great for all. The golf cart was an added bonus. Great location. Close to several good restaurants and the South Causeway. We will book it again if we end up in Pawley's Island.

Yay Beach Vacation!

Property was easy to find, check in was seamless, and it had everything we needed for our stay. We really liked the fenced yard for our dogs to run around in, in addition to a rather quiet neighborhood where we could safely walk them. Very close to both the beach and nice restaurants, and for a very reasonable price.

Stelling's Visit

Our trip was wonderful! The ease and convenience of check in, communication with the host Tracy and the variety or extra amenities makes this property different from others I've stayed at before. I highly recommend this place for families with pets or even friends groups as there is a great use of space so you don't feel cramped whatsoever. Loved it and will be back!

Wonderful trip

My daughter and I just came back from staying at this home and really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location and being able to take the golf cart to the beach where there is limited parking was the best! The house was clean and comfortable and the host is very hospitable. I would suggest this home to everyone!

Great place for a few days

Everything we needed was there. It was wonderful having the use of the golf car. The fenced backyard was a plus given we had dogs with us. Highly recommend. Short ride to the beach in the golf cart.

An "Arrogantly Shabby" gem!

If you're looking for a place that has the look and feel of Pawley's Island and is conveniently located near the marsh, beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants, this is the place. While it's not all shiny and modern, it is comfortable, clean and has everything needed for a restful, enjoyable get away! The owner is very personable, responsive and helpful. We appreciate the extra offerings (kayaks, golf cart, brach chairs, etc) and treats (snacks and bottles water) provided.

Pawley’s Get Away

Great place with a lot of amenities. Golf cart to go back and forth to the beach was huge plus. It was nice to meet Tracy (the host) during our visit. He was prompt and very informative with his communication.

Great location

This property is in a prime location to shops and the beach, and having the golf cart made everything even more accessible. Our dog absolutely loved the massive backyard! Tracy responded almost immediately to all communications and helped solve an issue with the AC as soon as I messaged.

We stayed here briefly while visiting Brookgreen Gardens, and the location was exactly what we needed—close by, in a quiet, charming neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the snack basket along with the wide coffee selection was a thoughtful, much-appreciated touch.A couple of things to note: the toilet off the kitchen is very loud. Each flush woke our 4-month-old who was sleeping in the adjacent room. Also, the couch slipcovers were secured with foam rods that kept coming loose, so we found ourselves readjusting them often.We chose this place primarily for the location and, overall, we were happy with our stay.
