This quaint oceanfront home features beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean just steps away for you to take in some rays. The home exudes character giving you a taste of some real Pawley's living with rustic charm and a cottage feel. It offers plenty of space to relax, enjoy some family time, or just hang out on an oceanfront porch taking in those aquatic views. The kitchen is located just off the dining room entrance and the sitting area is on the other side. Walk into the living room where you will find plenty of room for more than one family to hang. This home comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a homemade meal or serve takeout for your family! The main floor has two bedrooms and two baths, one comes with a queen bed and the other has a queen and a twin. Upstairs has four more bedrooms and one bath: two bedrooms have one queen bed and one twin; the third bedroom has one queen; and the last bedroom is fitted with another queen. This home has the best of both worlds giving you your private creek dock to cast your rod or tie up your boat. There's nothing like ending your day sitting over the marsh as you watch the sunset.
