Beach-house Secure Gate community, 15 min walk to the beach

Beautiful, comfortable beach house in a private gated community. It is a 15-minute walking distance to El Malecon de Patillas (Beach), where you can enjoy jet skiing, paddleboarding, live music, food, and drinks. It is excellent for nightlife, sunrise, and sunset. The house offers a quiet place for great short vacations or long stays. Upon your check-in, you will be provided with an electronic key that will provide you access to the community, the community pool, and the beach.

NOTE: We provide limited battery backup power during electrical outages to help you stay comfortable. During an outage, the lights throughout the house will remain on, and the refrigerator, ceiling fans, and TV will continue to function.

The house is completely furnished with full-size kitchen appliances, 3 bedrooms with A/C, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room that can accommodate 7 people. The house is 5 minutes from El Bajo Beach and has plenty of local authentic Puerto Rican restaurants, so if you don’t feel like cooking, no problem.

Patillas is a small community with authentic local Puerto Rican charm, a true island with clean, beautiful beaches and mountain scenery. Because Puerto Rico is a small island, you can get around by car to just about any destination within 1 to 2 hours. Here in Patillas, you are on the southeastern tip of the island, surrounded by Caribbean beaches. Relax and enjoy your home away from home.

Since we are family-owned, we can offer better rental rates that are ‘guaranteed’ so we can pass on the savings to our clients. Since I am from Patillas and have a large extended family in the immediate area, we offer you a large network of friendly and efficient professional maintenance crew that can quickly respond to your issues if they appear.

**Please take note of the following information regarding the supply items provided during your stay. For the first three days of your reservation, we offer limited quantities of basic items such as toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and shampoo. Unfortunately, we do not provide laundry soap. However, there is a store close by where you can purchase any additional items you may need. Additionally, there is a Walmart store on the way to the house if you need to stock up on supplies.
