Arranged on 50 square metres, it leaves one speechless with its full-wall windows in every room overlooking the lake and Montisola, a prestigious tourist destination. Comfort and a feeling of natural cosiness accompany every moment spent in the home and on the large terrace with its breathtaking view. The floors and bathrooms are in resin, the beams exposed. The living room has a table and cabinet with a large flat-screen TV, the kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine with pods. There is a washing machine and a home automation system, air conditioners are present in every room, underfloor heating.
