This is a place where time slows down, where days begin with birdsong and are measured by sunlight, not the clock. In the evening, the silence is filled with the sounds of cicadas and distant waves. The space
The villa features a built-in kitchen with Sicilian tiles, dining area, spacious outdoor porch set up as a dining and lounge area, two bedrooms—one double and one that can be single or double—bathroom with large shower, loft with a one-and-a-half size sofa bed, outdoor shower, and barbecue area. The property also offers an exclusive 10 x 5 meter saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing on summer days. The pool is available from early April to October. It is kept clean and well-maintained by a professional service, which accesses the property every other day between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm for cleaning and water care. The owner reserves the right to access the property at any time for inspections and routine maintenance.
By choice, in line with our philosophy of simplicity, sustainability and reduced consumption, the house does not include a dishwasher and microwave. We also do not provide a toaster, as fresh bread is easily found at bakeries throughout the area.
For your safety, the property is equipped with an active video surveillance system at the entrance, barbecue area, outdoor porch, and one corner of the pool.
