Welcome to our Private Villa bought march 2020 we have been carrying out renovations and modernisation the past 2 years, very close to beach & bars / restaurants 3 double bedrooms 1 downstairs king size bed, & 2 upstairs, 1 superking bed this can be split into 2 x 90cm singles & 1 king-size , open plan lounge / kitchen, full kitchen, 49" flat screen tv satellite tv with all sky tv bt sports & world channels in all languages, Full Netflix, free safe, very fast fibre broadband 150mb, Private swimming pool, Pernera is close to Protaras couple of mins drive local bus route or you can walk the coastal walkway within 15 minutes, we will do everything we can to make sure you have a pleasant stay, welcome pack with some essentials bread,tea,coffee,milk sugar, can be provided if requested, incase late arrival we have a key safe for your check in, recently has new air con units throughout new pool & poolside toilet, new sunbeds table chairs & parasol, new induction hob & new fridge freezer, it has a electric remote control awning to rear. New King size beds upstairs.

Beautiful villa

Had an amazing holiday, the villa had absolutely everything we needed for a great stay. Pool area lovely and beds and sofa comfy. 3 nice sized bedrooms one with a shower so our 3 teenagers had the whole of the upstairs to themselves. Outdoor toilet was a bonus so didn’t need to go inside with wet feet! Walking distance to some great restaurants and supermarkets and a 10 min walk to the beach. Check in and check out super easy with instructions from the owner. Good Wi-Fi too. Would definitely recommend.
