Situated in a quiet area of Protaras, 10 minutes walk to the centre and 4 minutes walk to the beautiful Vyzakia Beach with shallow clear waters,this beautiful 4 bedroom detached villa offers private overflow pool(9.5mx4.5m) ,nice garden, equipped with modern outdoor furniture and outdoor shower.As you walk in you will find spacious living area with modern kitchen,breakfast bar,dining set and sofas.The kitchen is fully equipped.A comfortable living area will offer a lot of entertainment with local and satellite channels and free Wi-Fi.One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor and it features en-suite bathroom with washing basin,toilet and shower.The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor.The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with washing basin,toilet and shower.There is an additional family bathroom with washing basin,toilet and bathtub.The two bedrooms on the first floor have a balcony.The villa is fully air-conditioned .The nearest bus stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away and the buses run regularly during the summer months.Fig Tree Bay is less than 15 minutes walk and Konnos Bay is set in Cape Greco National Park a 5 minute ride away.

A fabulous villa in a fabulous location

The villa was a wonderful place for our family to meet up from Dubai and the uk. It completely met all our needs and the location was superb. The host Chrysia was exceptional - thank you!

Really great choice for families

The villa was perfect for us (6 adults and 2 kids). Really spacious living and dining area with good AC (essential in July!). Kitchen was really well equipped (with the exception of a sharp knife - we bought one out there!). The pool is big and was cleaned 3 times during our 10 night stay. Sunbeds could do with soft toppers to increase comfort but were fine with a couple of towels. Location is great, 10-15 mins to the main strip of restaurants and bars and lovely and quiet surroundings during the day as within a residential area. There are 3 gorgeous bays / small beaches within 5-15 min walks of the villa. 2 small supermarkets within 10 mins and a larger Lidl just a 4 minute taxi ride away. Would definitely recommend, host was fantastic with queries and responsiveness and booking process was super easy.

Lovely week

Thoroughly recommend this place - absolutely perfect for two families (8 of us in total). Spacious, clean villa. Beautiful swimming pool, away from the main stretch of town but still easy enough walk, and the ideal host - Chrysia responded really quickly to any questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. What a place

The villa was wonderful and our host was even better, nothing was to much trouble for them. The villa has a great pool, extramely large terrace area. We enjoyed many BBQ's throughout our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. The aircon was great as the temp was 36 most days! i would 100% stay again. Oing pont table was a total hit with the kids and there are shops a short 10min walk away.

Visiting Protaras -family vacation 2023

Chrysia is a great and very generous hostess. The house was very beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The beach is also a close 4 minute walk. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect location

Lovely villa, beautiful surroundings, convenient location. We had an amazing holiday. Host easy to contact and quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay! (The only negative was that the barbecue could be better equipped!)

Great property, lovely pool

Lovely stay in this good-sized, well maintained house. Nicely open plan downstairs with a very clean, large pool. Quiet residential location, 15 minutes stroll to buzzy town centre. Recommend.

Hospitable owners, spotless well equiped villa , great location

Fantastic owners, everything you could need in villa and spotless . Pool cleaned twice a week ( never had that in any villa before ). Ledge to sit on in pool and then deeper but a tall adult can still stand . Great for swimming and games. Upon arrival owners met us to show us villa . Welcome pack of milk,bread, juice, wine, cereal bars........... next day fresh water melon !!!! Great location . Beautiful cove with pure sand ( no rocks ) into clear clean water less than 5 minutes walk . Walk into Protaras is 15 minutes, and you can do the walk either along road or beach. Stayed in 3 villas in the same area and this is by far the cleanest and best value we have experienced. You will not be disappointed.
