The complex is in a peaceful location, yet just a few minutes stroll to the many shops, bars and restaurants on Kennedy Avenue and a couple more to the many beautiful sandy coves along the natural coastal path, offering the best of both worlds.
The Space:
The open plan space offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with 2 sofas, one of which can be converted into a sofa bed and a TV, plus a dining area seating 6 guests at the dining table – a great place to enjoy quality time together out of the sun. The living area leads out to the private balcony which boasts gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea, an al fresco dining set up and sun loungers for those wanting to relax in the sunshine.
The 2 bedrooms are contemporary, with the master bedroom benefitting from a king size bed, and a second bedroom with 2 singles. Both bedrooms share the spacious bathroom.
