The complex is walking distance from major supermarkets, bakeries and stores in Paralimni and close to the bars and restaurants and beaches located in Kapparis which is a short walk away. The complex is 5 minutes by car from the family resort of Protaras and 3 minutes by car from Paralimni town centre. The complex is also situated close to the local bus routes to Paralimni, Ayia Napa and beyond
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is easily accessible. The bedroom has 2 single beds with an ensuite bathroom and double doors which open on the veranda and private garden area.
