Muchos inconvenientes. No habia agua caliente y la ducha no trabajaba. 20pm teniamos una persona tratando de arreglarla sin poder ducharnos ni dormir hasta q no pudo arreglar. Al otro dia nos movieron a otra habitacion y perdimos la manana en ese proceso. Ni ducharnos.ni dormir cuando queriamos y la manana perdida en espera del cambio. Very baf experience.

Cleaned daily & different breakfast options daily (however the sweet pastry for example danish can be switch daily rather than having it daily. Other than that food was good, service was good. My only negative is that the tub would leak after a bath.

They charged me 3X what the room cost every time my friends came over. We were having dinner and drinks and even after they signed in they continued to charge me extra. Horrible customer service. Megapolis and Golden Tower are right next door. Go there instead please.

I paid extra for a view room & was not disappointed! The breakfast included was very good! I did not like that even though my room was available at 1pm. I was not permitted to check in early without paying extra $20! The spa is horrible there! I was told I needed an appointment ok, so I tried setting up for various times and they didn’t even acknowledge me!! Go to the mall next door & there are 3-4 other massage places that are not rude! It sucks that jacuzzi & pool close at 8pm too early! The restaurants were absolutely divine & very reasonable for such high quality food & service!

The hotel rooms are very dated. First internet issues then no hot water. Furniture chipped and broken faucets hanging. They did switch me to better room but not after wasting a lot of time trying to fix the issues which were never resolved. Lesson learned you get what you pay for.
