Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

The Summit 1502 in Panama City Beach, Florida, is a luxurious 3-bedroom penthouse offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and possible ejection.
