Situated directly on the 900-acre Powell Lake, the home includes on-site access to a neighborhood dock and boat ramp, along with your choice between two community swimming pools. A pair of kayaks and a paddleboat are provided for leisurely lake cruising, along with life jackets of all sizes available for guest use. Recognized with an Outstanding Florida Water distinction, the coastal dune lake is one of several in a chain of protected marine environments found along the Emerald Coast. These coastal dune lakes provide a vital ecosystem for both marine and land-dwelling species, and visitors will be able to experience an abundant variety of wildlife, including birds, fish, turtles, and deer. The beach is less than a half-mile from home. Family-friendly attractions and entertainment in Panama City Beach await just 11 miles away.

At home, soak up some rays on the open sundeck or enjoy some breezy relief on the spacious, fully screened patio. Comfortable seating, board games, and a smart TV are ready to welcome you for casual downtime inside. There's also a dedicated desk is also furnished in the living room for any remote working needs. A full-size stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher in the kitchen are ready and equipped to handle home cooking and cleanup. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, offering added privacy away from the household living areas on the main floor. One of the bedrooms includes a private landing and slider door access. The other bedroom features a lake-view sunroom. Added perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Dock details: Neighborhood dock and boat launch are accessible for small vessels. Boats cannot be moored at the dock overnight.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
