NEW OWNER! NEW LOOK! YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS THIS ONE!

Welcome to Unit 14 with its spectacular ocean view. Enjoy being able to walk out the patio doors to a beautifully landscaped grassy area and heated pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool. Inside this newly decorated condo has a large master bedroom with private bath. The kitchen has tile floors and granite counters with snack bar. Down the hall are two bunk beds perfect for teens and young ones. The very spacious living room has a queen sofa-sleeper , flat screen t.v. with cable and internet. Just off the living room is another full bath. As you dine, relax as you watch the ocean and hear the crash of the waves. If your wish is to walk on the beautiful white sand it is just a few feet from your back door. I know you will leave with many memories and new found friends.

Wonderful Stay

Latitude 29

We have been scheduling vacation at Latitude 29 for over 27 years. We thoroughly enjoy the ease of being so close to the pool and the beach. But this year we were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness around the pool area and the number of chairs around the pool that needed repairing. In general, the cleanliness of the property seems to have deteriorated.

Perfect quiet spring break with family

Everything about this condo was perfect for our family of 3. Arrival was a breeze with all the info Helen gives you ahead of time. No check-in, just a code to your condo and it’s time to relax! Quiet part of the beach (yay!) but quick drive to both PCB or Rosemary. Kitchen is fully stocked and beach chairs are included when you want to walk past the pool and head down to the sand! We were literally just a few feet from the beach! We will absolutely rent here again! Thank you!

The condo was tastefully decorated and clean. Our favorite thing about staying here is the location and convenience to the sand and gulf as well as the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Helen was responsive and communicated with us when needed. We are already looking forward to our next trip!!

Family Beach Fun

The unit opens up to the pool deck which has a baby pool, “big pool” & hot tub. The property is extremely safe requiring a code to get in the unit, as well as, a code for getting to & from the beach. That means no one can just walk up from the beach and get in.

The property is perfectly located. All amenities are in working order. It is a lovely little condo. Only drawback was all the loud children unsupervised running around and getting in the hot tub when they were not supposed to!!

Great place!

This is our second time back at Latitude. We love it here because it is quiet and away from all of the hoopla of PCB, but close enough to get to all of the action if you want to. You walk out of the unit and are right at the hot tub and pool and steps away from the white sand. Not the owner’s fault, but the hot tub was not working and there were parts on order and only worked for the first few days. Other than that, another perfect vacation in the memory book.

Except for the extra fees and parking, it was fine

We booked 6 units for a family thanksgiving weekend. Only one car allowed per unit. We had people coming from 6 cities and managed to limit transportation to 9 cars. We parked three of them off-site for the whole weekend just to be in compliance. One member of the group planned to leave earlier than the rest. He went to get his car from the off-site location, parked it at latitude so he could load up, went inside to get his stuff, and when he came out he had a bright orange warning that said his car would be towed. I had to stand guard while he got the rest of his stuff. Another family left early and his was one of the cars allowed on the lot. When he left, he gave his pass (that we paid for) to another family member who had been off-site. She was stopped in the parking lot and questioned about why her pass was for #1 when she was staying in a different unit. The lot, I may add, was not even half full the whole weekend. These practices didn’t make us feel very welcomed. We have been coming to latitude for 30+ years and have never been made to feel unwelcome. Until now.

Perfect location to the beach.

Just steps away from the beach with a fantastic view of the gulf from our ground level unit. Property was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was fantastic but unfortunately the pool heater was inoperable and therefore too cold to swim in. The property is showing a little age but overall this is a great place to stay. Hope to return asap.

Happy to find this unit clean, nicely decorated and with washer & dryer. Great access to sauna, pool and beach. Quiet west end of Panama City Beach in the small community of Sunnyside. Will definitely be back!

10/10 stay!

We've stayed near this area in the past with great experiences but this location by far has been the best experience all-around. Waking up in the mornings and opening the blinds to see a beautiful beach just yards away is unbelievable. The pool/hot tub, grilling amenities and views were perfect for our family vacation. The unit itself is in great conditions: clean, perfectly fitting 6 guests or less, nicely decorated with all the kitchen utensils you would need. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable and the bunk beds/sofa bed were ideal for the kids. The amount of overall guests in the condo complex was ideal as the beaches were never overcrowded - ideal for today's health climate. Our host did a great job prepping the unit for our arrival and made our stay feel very welcoming. We'll definitely be staying at Latitude 29 next year! I highly recommend this listing 10/10! What are you waiting for?
