AGE REQUIREMENT:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, be present at check-in, and stay for the entire reservation. Parents may not book for under-25 guests unless the qualifying adult stays the entire time. No unaccompanied under-25 groups, including spring-break groups.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:

Four people total at all times. Adults, children, infants/babies, and visitors all count. Four guests plus a baby or visitor is not allowed. Everyone staying must be included on the reservation. These resort rules are strictly enforced.

INSIDE THE CONDO

This well-organized 609-square-foot condo includes:

• Private bedroom with queen bed

• Queen sleeper sofa and twin pullout loveseat

• Full bathroom with tub and shower

• Fully equipped kitchen and dining table for two

• Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning

• 65-inch HDTV with satellite service

• Private 11th-floor Gulf-front balcony

The condo offers several sleeping options, but maximum occupancy remains four people.

RESORT AMENITIES

Enjoy three Gulf-front outdoor pools, including one seasonally heated pool, plus pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, a shared fitness room, charcoal grills, sun decks, outdoor showers, elevators, gated entry, and onsite security.

Shared laundry facilities are available onsite; there is no washer or dryer inside the condo. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach but are not included with the rental.

WINTER SNOWBIRDS WELCOME

Looking for a warm Gulf-front escape during the colder months? Longer winter and snowbird stays are welcome when dates are available. Enjoy peaceful beach walks, Gulf views, beautiful sunsets, and everything you need for a comfortable extended stay.

RESORT FEES

Parking is currently $36 for one vehicle for the ENTIRE STAY—not per day. Required resort wristbands are currently $6 per person for the ENTIRE STAY—not per day. These charges are collected separately by Sunbird Resort upon arrival, are not included in the booking total, and may change.

IMPORTANT RULES

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.

• Checkout: 10:00 a.m.

• No pets

• No parties or events

• No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property

• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

• Nothing may be thrown or dropped from the balcony

• Guests must follow all Sunbird Resort rules
