The property was great and the condo was clean and well kept. If I had a complaint, it would only be loading and unloading the car from the assigned parking space. If you do stay here, I would suggest loading and unloading in the garage before finding your parking space. Other than that, everything was great and this was only a very minor inconvenience.

Family getaway

This condo was perfect for us, tastefully furnished and decorated. It was well stocked. Our favorite features were the large deck with plenty of seating options and the location. There are no other large condos located directly beside this building, so the beach was not terribly crowded.

Great Location, Beautiful Views

Our family enjoyed our stay. This end of PCB is much quieter and far less traffic. The elevators were all working and we rarely waited. Parking is a bit tight so be prepared for that. The condo was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. Washer/dryer worked well. Even had some extra chairs, toys, and an umbrella for the beach. A couple minor maintenance issues were found but communication was great and they did not impact our stay at all. You won't regret choosing to stay here.

Enjoyed but

We enjoyed the condo but management came in early in the week & asked us not to use the guest shower. That was very inconvenient with 4 adults. Other than that, everything was nice.

Tropic Winds Property

This condo was the absolute PERFECT place to stay for our Spring break vacation with our two kiddos! It's even prettier in person than it is in the pictures! The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. Truly breathtaking. The resort was located on a great spot on the beach as well - much more mellow than some of the other condos just a bit down. We always had plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere. We had the best getaway, and I couldn't recommend this condo more!

Amenities not accurate

I asked about specific things such as hair dryer, beach towels & chairs, & any floating tubes or noodles & was told none of these items were available at the condo. We found out this was not the case. All was available so none of these things needed to be packed! Whoever is in charge of this needs to visit the condo again & take an inventory so the correct information can be given to guests.

A summer to remember

Location is everything and this unit was close to everything we wanted to do. From hanging out on the breach, souvenir shopping, and eating out on occasion, this unit was perfect. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for cooking. The grills downstairs were also beneficial and in great shape. The chair and umbrella service included with the unit was an added benefit and made trips down to the beach much easier. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon.

Wonderful trip

My husband and I stayed at Tropic Winds 1605 and had a marvellous time!! The condo had everything we needed! We were thrilled to find beach umbrellas and chairs in the condo for our use. Yes, we had the free rental beach chairs, but we preferred moving right down on the shoreline!! The ocean water was pool water clear and the perfect temperature. The beach wasn’t crowded either. Everyone had their own space.The condo unit was clean and the balcony was huge! We will be back!!

Beautiful Condo!

This is a very beautiful, well furnished/decorated, very clean condo with a fantastic view! This particular unit has everything the listing includes plus wonderful beach towels(guest closet) a great hairdryer in the master, boogie boards(3) a couple of masks/snorkels, some extra beach chairs/umbrella and other pool/beach toys. The appliances are all very nice and in good working order. The furnishings are very nice and the unit is very nicely decorated and the bath towels are very plush! The view is fantastic, if you sit towards the back of the balcony all you can see is sky and water. If you sit up toward the railing you can see the beach. On days with calm water we could see a lot of marine life. We spent a lot of time watching rays swim along the edge of the shore and also saw dolphins, huge schools of fish and one day we even saw a huge manatee swim right past a lady standing in the water. (We watched him from our balcony, slowly swimming along all the way down the shore. It was a big surprise for her when she looked down and saw him….very entertaining for us !)The internet connection is very spotty and drops service frequently. Our only other issue, NOT the fault of the owners, was smoke. We smelled it several times while sitting on the balcony and also encountered it on he beach. There are many signs stating that the entire property is non-smoking but there are always those who disregard others. Overall, we loved this condo and would highly recommend it !

Taking Elderly Mother to the Beach!

Beautiful Condo

Condo very nice with a beautiful view. When we added a day to our stay Gretas Rentals accidentally messed our stay up . Spent half of our last day on phone with property manager figuring out that we owed for an extra day! Kinda ruined our last day.
