ABOUT THE HOME: This meticulously maintained emerald coast home located in the Seacrest Beach Community is the perfect place to enjoy spending time with family and friends. No detail was overlooked in the design of this space. An open concept living area features 10' ceilings, pecky cypress wrapped beams, and a fireplace. The chef's kitchen, which seamlessly flows from the living area, is host to Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large marble island. The kitchen is a professional one and, alongside the sumptuous dining room and well-appointed wet bar, it sets the tone for entertaining any event.
The home has 2 oversized porches great for entertaining, relaxing or enjoying a great book and glass of wine. The second level features spacious guest suites and a bunk room, which then lead to the third-floor tower room. Designed as a bonus space, the tower room opens to a third-floor deck featuring an outdoor fireplace and an amazing view you won't get enough of.

AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
*** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.
BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note: a long-term tenant lives in the carriage house. - Guests must walk through the carport, which belongs to the long-term tenant, to reach the front door. The walkway itself is shared.
Parking Details: - 1 parking space. - Guests may park in any of the gravel spots located at the front of the house. - The back carport is not available for guest use.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Beautiful Home
We had a nice time at the home. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was just a quick walk through the park. Though we didn't end up using them there were bikes provided as well.A few things that could be improved were the kitchen supplies and utensils. There weren't a lot and we made due with what we had. We ended up buying an inexpensive pack of kitchen wash clothes as well because there were none provided.Parking was our main issue. There is another unit above the garage that we didn't know about until we arrived. There is only one parking spot in the carport that was occupied by the other tenant. We contacted the management company and were told to park in the gravel area in front of the house until the spot was vacated. There is no front keypad for the home so each time we left someone had to lock the front door from the inside, then leave the back and walk around the house through the bushes. The additional unit should have been disclosed and there should have been a clear parking plan.
