Defraudado y Abandonado por Hotels.com

El Hotel no era ni cerca de lo que se ofrece en la App de Hoteles.com , la alberca no servía estaba verde, el lobby no sabías si era un Lobby o una tienda abandonada, muy decepcionante que Hoteles.com no se asegure que lo que ofrecen sus socios comerciales sea verdad. Me sentí defraudado no me aloje con mi familia en ese lugar y perdí mi dinero. Es decepcionante que Hotels no me haya ofrecido una solución favorable cuando deben de asegurarse que las características de los alojamientos correspondan con lo que ofrecen en el anuncio.

We had a good time at this establishment. The rooms were fairly clean but lacked usable garment storage during our stay. The air conditioner above our room was dripping water on to the entry door to our room. This was very aggravating. All-in-all, the office personnel and staff were very friendly and helpful, but the repairs done to fix the air conditioning, were substandard, effective, but not correct.

Do NOT stay here!!

A large group partied and played loud music until well after 3:00am!! Management did nothing to quiet the volume. It was impossible to muffle the noise due to the large ‘crack’ under the door. Smoke from the fire pit drifted in the room even with a towel stuffed in the door crack. Music was so loud even the wall air conditioner and TV could not drown out the party. The concrete outside the rooms was in desperate need of repairs. Rooms are very old and need renovation. Refrigerator did not work. But even worse, the floor tile was dirty and not clean. Would not stay here again even if the rooms were free!!

Not worth the money we spend.

Very spacious, comfortable king size beds, wine fridge and regular fridge. The floors were damaged and sticky. Liked that there were no carpets in the three rooms. No microwave or stove top, no closets. Rooms were not sound proof, very noisy day and night. Even smelled marijuana in our room from outside smoking from other guests. Toilet room too small, would have been better not to have wall around it. The controls for both TVs did not work well. Complimentary coffee. Pool & bar room.

Pictures online were deceiving. The lady at the front counter was very nice and polite. We were allowed to check in early. The pool area and fire put are very nice. But the room was horrible. Room was very disgusting. Especially the bathroom. Floor was filthy. Shower was disgusting. No shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. 1 roll of half used toilet paper. The towels are very old. The bed was comfortable but the only give you 1 sheet on the bed. No blankets. The rooms are very poorly lit. I was only staying a couple days with a friend so i pushed through it but if i was with my wife i would have booked a completely different hotel upon seeing the room. I guess i should have known better judging by the price and location. Also location was actually good

Not the best

The hotel is making a lot of improvements, however it is still kinda ran down. It’s not what I expected, the only plus is it’s across the street from the beach. I would not stay here again.

The property is EXTREMELY unsafe. It already looks sketchy as it is, but we had to leave in the middle of the night while having 911on speed dial because there was banging on our door by a lady cussing us out and when we called the front desk for help the staff said we were lying. The room was a mess when we got there with a bad smell. I would not trust staying at this hotel ever again.

The pictures online were not compatible with the look of the room, I was very disappointed. And also when booking they don’t tell You the price of the deposit and if you book one reservation no matter how many rooms there is there is a separate deposit for each one which you don’t know that until you get there. The area is compact and very loud nobody has any common courtesy for their neighbors.

The front desk workers were so sweet which is why it hurts to have to write this. It looked like the floors hadn’t been mopped in years. The beds only came with a sheet to sleep with. We could not get the wifi to work. The shower had definitely not been cleaned. When you arrival you are required to put down a $100 deposit that we did not receive until 4 days after checking out. After reading some of the reviews I was worried we would not get it back ( even though we do not smoke) It was not peaceful. You can hear every car that drives by and everything that goes on outside your room. I would not recommend staying here unless you get in a pinch. We only stayed one night to wait for our condo.
