The Sanctuary @ Seacrest Beach w/private pool + 560sf screened outdoor living!

Luxury living nestled in the back of Seacrest Beach against the Nature Preserve! Our 3200 square foot home sleeps 14 in 5 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms. Our home was designed for extended family vacations, with two indoor living areas and five porches. The 560 square foot screened porch is tucked away at the rear of the home and overlooks the heated pool. It features an outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as a large sectional and fireplace for lounging in cooler fall and spring months!

Completed in October 2024 - this new home is decked out with everything needed for a luxury beach get-a-away! Ride the community tram to the deeded beach and access to enjoy the sugar sands of the Emerald Coast. The shops and restaurants of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and 30Avenue at Inlet Beach are a short walk or bike ride away. The Sanctuary is a perfect home base for exploring all that the eastern 30A lifestyle has to offer - beautiful beaches, gourmet restaurants, boutique shopping, biking, hiking, and ultimate relaxation!

For extra room, inquire about the detached private carriage house on property - "The Treehouse" - a one-bedroom fully equipped apartment with a king size bed. Additional nightly rate will apply.

Rear screened porch - 560 sq feet of living space overlooking the pool area - includes a summer kitchen with outdoor refrigerator, sink, and grill - and a living area with large sectional to enjoy the TV and fireplace. Gather family and friends for dinner at our community table that seats 16!

1st floor porch - extra deep with lounging area

2nd floor porch - overlooking small pocket park across the street

2nd floor side deck - off of the 2nd floor living area and overlooking the pool

2nd floor rear deck - a private oasis off the primary suite overlooking the nature preserve

Heated to max of 88 degrees for an additional $40/day October 1 through May

SAFETY FIRST: ensure pool gate is closed at all times, never swim alone, swim at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty at private pool

Bikes: 5 adult medium Jamis Taxi cruisers provided

This house was beautiful! The kitchen was super well stocked and spacious. The owner thought of everything that a guest might need! The garage was filled with very useful items to take to the pool or beach. The screened in porch was our favorite place to gather all day long! The kids loved it too. The extra refrigerator was so helpful. It was nice and quiet at night and security was always present in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it! The only thing I would suggest is that they have some blackout shades! Other than that I can’t think of one thing I would change!!!

This was one of the most memorable vacations we have taken and The Sanctuary did not disappoint. This home is absolutely beautiful and not one detail was missed. The kitchen is spacious, fully stocked with all the essential and more that you will need. The decor through out the home is so pretty; in fact, I walked away with a lot of ideas for my home. Wendy was great to work with and so quick to respond with any questions i had before or during our trip. This was my first time to this area in FL and we will be back! You wil not be disappointed in vacationing in this home. We were all sad to leave and 5 days later, still talking about our stay at The Sanctuary! There is so much to do in this little community with the shops and restaurants that are within walking distance or hop on the complimentary tram or bikes that are provided. There is even live music in the evenings. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back!!

We absolutely loved The Sanctuary!! Wendy was such an amazing host! She made sure to answer all our questions and checked in on us to make sure all was well after arrival. The home was spotless. All the little details that were thought of in this home truly was amazing, separate ice maker, extra refrigerator, & two washers and dryer’s, amongst many more things! The home was well stocked with fish and hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, spices and all the items needed for home cooking in the kitchen! The home is spacious and perfect for a large family or in our case 2 families of 6, 4 adults and 8 kids ranging from 13 to 22. The room set up is perfect with beautiful decks off of most the rooms and walk in closets! The screened in porch was our favorite! The pool was perfect to sit and relax in, nice to have at the home. There is also a large beautiful pool that the residents can use, a very short walk or a couple minute bike ride. The left side of the garage was perfect to store all our wet things and the property also had 5 bikes. We loved being able to take bike rides around the area. Seacrest has lots of small shops and neighbors Rosemary beach with so many stores to shop in. There is a local market not too far. Grocery deliveries from Walmart, Publix and Target were great! Check in & check out was easy. We will definitely be contacting Wendy when we head back to the area! Thank you Wendy & Tom for sharing your labor of love with us! The Belarde/Willenberg Families

Beautiful Gem In Seacrest

Hesitant to share such an amazing experience as it may never be available again! We've rental houses for 40 yrs in FL/AL & all over world & this has to be the most beautiful and well appointed ever! Location, furnishings, communication with owner... I could go on and on. No detail spared. Couldn't say enough about this gorgeous home... immaculate, backed up to wooded area, gorgeous furnishings, beach towels, almost 2 of every appliance, and the screened in area, well I could write a book on it. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home Wendy. Was 100% perfect in every way!

You will not be disappointed!!

My family (me and my husband , our two kids, their spouses and their children (both under 2)) were all at Rosemary Beach to celebrate my youngest son’s 30th birthday. We wanted a house close to the beach, with a pool, with plenty of room for us all to have our own space, but also have room to hang out together. This house was the PERFECT choice!! I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the porch was (which is where we spent most of our time)!! It’s 500 square feet and is perfect for any time of the day!! We ate there, the kids played there, we had our morning coffee there, we grilled there, the kids watched their wind down shows before bed there…..I’m already missing it!!! The entire house was decorated beautifully and the layout was just what we needed for a large group of people. When we weren’t on the porch we were in the pool which was also perfect! The temperature was still slightly cool for the babies so chose to heat the pool every day which was a quick text to the owner who took care of it for us! The kitchen was fully equipped with any and everything we could need in a kitchen. Wendy was helpful and quick to respond to any question that we had. I could go on and on but will finish by saying rent this beautiful home….you will not be disappointed!!!!

The sanctuary

The name says it all! Perfect space for a large family that who love the taste of luxury. The kitchen and bedrooms Beautifully decorated with plush bedding and great taste in decor. Fully stocked home with beautiful living space that offers so much more. The outdoor lanai was super cozy on a cool night with large seating area for dining and getting comfortable near a hot fire. Also the location is very close to the beach and in wonderful clean neighborhood with a biking, workout and walking trail.
