The condo comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, twin bunk beds in the hall, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are included. Snowbird Season runs from November through February, with rentals available on a monthly basis. To receive a personalized quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates may require pre-approval. Located less than 3 miles from Pier Park, this family-friendly gated community offers a relaxing atmosphere with a variety of amenities. Enjoy 4 outdoor pools (1 heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, mini-golf, and more! The clubhouse also features a fitness room, pool tables, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Private beach access is located next to the Sandpiper Beacon Resort, where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas during your stay. Please note, that additional items for these amenities such as rackets, clubs, and sports balls are not included and guests must provide their own.
Parking and Wristbands
Guests may purchase up to 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands through Horizon South's online registration site or at the Horizon South Office upon arrival. All guests 6 years or older are required to wear wristbands. Parking passes must be displayed from the rearview mirror. Wristbands are $20.00 each for 10 days or less, or $40 each for 10 days or more. Parking passes are $25.00 each for 10 days or less, or $50 each for 10 days or more. Trailer parking passes are $40.00 and are good for only 10 days. Wristband and parking pass prices are subject to change.
