Staff very welcoming. Room was OK. Quality Gaggia coffee machine supplied. Trucks going past at night were awful and used exhaust brakes. Pool filter ran all night. So a little noisy.

Pros: Pretty setting with a nice nature walk nearby. Room quite well put together. Easy check-in, clear instructions Small con: Cleanliness a bit hit and miss - marks on bedding, dishes greasy / needed rewashing Big con: Smell. Overpowering chemical / perfume smell. Didn't go away all night with windows wide open. Closed up bags and move extra things into car as wife feared smell was going to get into our belongings.

Lovely staff and great location in Pambula. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom and spacious room. Great as a base for visiting the Sapphire Coast and the Pambula wetlands are just at the back if the motel.
