The perfect coastal escape awaits! This huge 4 bedroom house is set just a short walk to Pambula Beach, the café and surf club. Bring the family and even the extended family along to enjoy the coastal life.

Enjoy the sun filled large living area, that boasts ceiling high windows with access through bi-folding doors out on the spacious deck, shaded by sails. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all the modern appliances and cooking utensils you will need. There are 4 large bedrooms, the master is home to a king-sized bed, smart TV, a sky light, walk in robe and ensuite with toilet and shower. The second and third bedrooms are also home to king-sized beds, built in wardrobes and large light filling windows. The fourth bedroom is the perfect kids room, home to 2x king single beds and a king single trundle (Sleeping 3).
There is an additional rumpus/living area at the back of the house, with a seating area and a third smart TV. The main bathroom has a deep soaking bath tub with shower.
Lets not forget about the fenced yard to bring your furry friends along with you.

Please note this house is on a shared block with the downstairs apartment, which may be independently rented during your stay. this area is private. You will have your own parking area, with space for a boat and a great lockable wet room to store your surf boards and pushbikes in.

PERFECT FOR FAMILY OF NINE

Perfect for a combined family of 7 adults 1x13 yo and 1x10 yo and 4 small dogs. Everything worked perfectly. Very clean, very well equipped kitchen with more than ample serving and eating ware. The whole family enjoyed the spa/pool. Stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful appointed property. Only a short walk to the beach, you can hear the waves lapping on the shore at night. We enjoyed the spa pool every day and bbqs/drinks on the balcony every night. I would highly recommend this property to any future guests.
