Had an issue with shower waste pipe not draining. On notifying reception they immediately looked at and changed my room. Good work from staff!!! Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable with easy parking. Nice close walking distance to CBD for restaurants/cafes/bars

Room was clean and great towels. Low wattage bulbs in the lights make it difficult to read. Only a lightweight cover on the bed and no spare blanket meant a cool night. We could have turned the heat pump on but that would introduced noise. Was also hoping to watch the rugby test live but discovered they don't have Sky.

Arrived and reception could not find one of the two rooms booked through Hotel.com. Showed him the confirmation and was told Hotels.com had only booked one room! We did eventually get two rooms and while they looked nice it was disappointing that there was only one bedside table and light so I couldn’t read.

The facilities were ok generally. The single bed had a terrible mattress. The spring was loose and affected sleep. The noise was not directly due to the hotel but due to the some sort of racing happening beside the hotel. A heads up from the staff would have been good. Had booked for 2 nights but needed to leave on the 2nd day due to family emergency. Did give 24 hrs notice and was assured of a refund by staff which i understand would be based on goodwill. Message to the manager for a request was not even acknowledged or replied to. Disappointing experience overall.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They guided us to a free Tesla EV charger in the parking area, and then assisted with bags. There is no lift. They gave very good and sincere recommendations for restaraunts.
