Fantastic Villa in Son Ferriol near to center of Palma city and beach.Ideal for families and groups of friends.Has 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and full equipped kitchen. TV, Wifi, Air Conditioning. Large garden with a private pool and court for sports to practice skating, basketball, indoor soccer etc..
The villa on a plot of 5400m2 and has built of 650m2.The house has two living rooms with fireplace, dining area with exit to the terrace, Smart TV, Wifi, large fitted and full equipped kitchen with laundry room. It is distributed over 2 floors with 5 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms ( 3 in suite ) and 1 toilet. We have two sofa beds. Covered and open terraces, private pool with hammocks, kidney shaped with planters and closed to prevent access to young children, with shower-dressing. Nice garden with lawn area, cacti, palm trees, palmettos, lemon, orange etc..A cozy and unforgettable place to feel at home and enjoy holidays in Mallorca!
