To me was a great location, stone away from Palma Old town, and but at the same time quiet enough to enjoy a day relaxing in the beach which happens to be at the doorstep. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I'll be back for sure

A real little gem of a hotel set in pretty grounds right next to the beach, near the airport and with easy access to Palma. What really made it special though was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A big thank you to Tomas and the whole team for looking after us so well

An historical charmer

The hotel is historical. It is located about 4 miles to the city center of Palm de Mallorca along a bike/walkway. The walk follows the Badia de Palma (the bay) on the left and private homes on the right. As you walk, you see the expansive bay in front of you and the immense port with cruise ships and many private yachts. A taxi to town cost about 20 Euros. Hotel is very close to the airport. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating.

Happy end to holiday at Ciutat Jardi

This was booked for our last night in Mallorca. We enquired about a late checkout room owing to an evening flight and received an upgrade to a seaview room all for €40. Miguel on reception was very obliging and we even forgave him waking us up at 4.30 am by mistake! The breakfast was adequate and the garden setting lovely. The hotel has lots of character and we would love to return soon.

A Charming Palma Oasis

My friend and I stayed here for a couple nights - the experience was fantastic! Prime location right on the sea, excellent and attentive staff, good breakfast, great bar, and beautiful views. We were even able to rent bikes from the hotel for a very reasonable price-- highly recommend!

Fabulous

Excellent location literally next to the sea. A long walk into town straight along the beautiful promenade. Plenty of coffee stops along the way. Or take the number 15 bus, very easy. Staff are excellent, very helpful.

Historic hotel close to the water and airport

Stayed here our last night.... love the history, had a great room, bit far from town.... but nice and close to the airport, and great for a morning beach walk!

Kan ikke anbefales - lever ikke op til 4 stjerne

Desværre en meget skuffende oplevelse. Hotellet er træt, alt for tilfældig indretning, personalet søde, men der manglede skarphed og proaktiv service. Morgenmad en underlig blanding. Kan desværre ikke anbefale dette sted. Billederne lever bestemt ikke op til virkeligheden. Som i slet ikke. For at nævne et par af billedernes urigtighed, er interiør og indretning i fx udeområdet og poolområdet på ingen måde det, vi mødte da vi kom frem. De fine duge på stole og borde, var der ikke. I stedet var det hårde jernstole med helt lige ryg, uden hynder, og jernborde med kakler. Det var meget lidt kønt og ikke rart at spise ved. Det er også restaurantens område til at spise middag i det fri. Jeg har et helt ufravigeligt krav til et hotel med pool og det er, at der er hynder på deres liggestole ved poolen. Det er der på billederne her på Hotels.com, men det var der ikke da vi mødte frem. I stedet var der nogle umulige og ukomfortable liggestole, som man ikke kunne ligge på maven på. Det var meget skuffende. Knappen til bruseren, skulle man selv stå og holde inde på, for at få vandet til at løbe. Hotellet er meget slidt og mangler en ordentligt gennemrenovering. Der var intet pænt at kigge på ved poolen og flere steder var afdækningen til poolområdet lappet med snor og hang trist og træt ned. Buskene blev ikke ordnet, hvorfor der dryssede visne blomster og blade ned på en ved poolen. Der var støv på hylderne i skabene, hul i lagener osv. Ferien var spildt her.

Publicidad engañosa.

En la reserva tenía una habitación con bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha separada y al llegar al hotel nos dieron una habitación solo con ducha,al decirlo en recepción nos la cambiaron por otra con bañera pero al final nos quedamos sin el hidromasaje.Creo que es una publicidad engañosa.El hotel es muy bonito pero hay que mirar que te dan.

Perfekt läge! Nära stranden, flyget och staden!

Hotellet ligger på strandpromenaden. Inte alls långt från Palma Flygplats. Bekvämt avstånd även till Palmas gamla stad. Frukosten alldeles utsökt. Restaurangen håller hög klass och är prisvärd. WI-Fi är bra.
