Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, TV and a baby bed. The outdoor area of the accommodation features a spacious lawn surrounded by lush Mediterranean bushes and trees. The 60 m² private salt water pool invites you to enjoy a refreshing swim and on the furnished terraces you can barbecue and enjoy fresh meals together in the open air. Outdoor showers and parasols are also available. Thanks to the ideal location, a golf course, the airport as well as the capital Palma de Mallorca and its beaches are only 14 kilometres away from the accommodation. You will find a small selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés after 7 km or a 9-minute drive in Algaida.

Parking is available on the property and on the road. Pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Electricity for a fee.

The property is aimed at family groups, parties or events of any kind are prohibited. Groups of young people under 35 years are not allowed.
It is highly recommended to rent a car to get to the property.
