Excellent hotel and facilities. The taxi situation was not comfortable at all and rather off-putting. Hotel staff on the whole super super kind and solutions focused. Yet yesterday, I was told to "tranquilo" by a staff member by the pool which I was shocked by. Other than that the rooms were clean, big and comfortable yet the lights were not working easily and the Air Conditioning Unit is not as user friendly. The food options by the pool could use some work - as it took to long to order, and was never approached once by a waiter or hotel staff.

Excellent hotel and facilities. The taxi situation was not comfortable at all and rather off-putting. Hotel staff on the whole super super kind and solutions focused. Yet yesterday, I was told to "tranquilo" by a staff member by the pool which I was shocked by. Other than that the rooms were clean, big and comfortable yet the lights were not working easily and the Air Conditioning Unit is not as user friendly.
