Welcome to beautiful Palm Desert. Our home has just completed a massive renovation and perfect for your vacation getaway. All new flooring, bathrooms, paint, and kitchen. It is located in the Golden Sun Estates gated community with two pools and spas, basketball, and tennis courts. It is in close proximity to I-10, Indian Wells Tennis Facilities, HWY 111 and all the Coachella Valley has to offer. The home has three bedrooms and an office. Mature fruit trees in the backyard and covered patio for evening meals. Two car attached garage and indoor washer and dryer. This is a minimum month-long rental. Great location situated between La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs International Airport.

Home away from home

Fantastic property. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen including gadgets and spices, great neighborhood. We especially liked the outdoor gas fireplace and BBQ grill. Hosts are 5 star.

Great Place

Totally enjoyed our visit. The home is done very well, grounds are well kept, and the place is very comfortable in every aspect. It has everything you could possibly need and is located in a pleasant area with pool and hot tubs a short jaunt away. Highly recommend. Owners are pleasant and very accommodating.

Mikes Place

Upon entering, we were immediately impressed with the new decor. It was updated, very tastefully done, fresh, attractive and everything was new! The details were attended to right down to new small appliances and a spice filled carousel. As we went from room to room, the colours and texture were carried throughout. In addition, a gift basket sitting for us on the table was a bonus, especially the wine which we opened immediately. The house is set at the back of the development, so no traffic noise. It is a small housing complex (60 units??) close to shops and Highway 10, with easy access on and off. Also, Indian Wells tennis complex is a short drive down the road. When we had a concern or question, the Mike responded immediately. We had to leave before our reservation ended (C-19) and Mike refunded the balance of our payment. We quickly felt it was a home-away-from-home and strongly recommend it to anyone.

Palm Desert Getaway

Wow! We don't know where to start! Mike and Sonia's place was perfect. When we arrived, we found the house in immaculate condition. They had all the supplies we needed and much more. They provided plenty of laundry and bathroom supplies, food condiments, coffee supplies, movies, games, and even a cooler. We really appreciated the gift basket with wine and snacks. The welcome book had easy to use instructions that made everything simple to use. There is a short walk to both pools which are both heated. Mike was excellent about answering all of our questions prior to our visit in a timely manner. We could not have asked for better hosts. We have stayed at many VRBO's and we'd say Mike and Sonia's place was at the top of our list. We would love to come back here again! Julie and Dale
