Loved the resort. Check in was horrible. I tried for weeks to get authorization as the guest so I could work with Shadow Ridge on an easy extension to my previous weeks. Never happened. As a result, we had to check out of our previous unit and move to another location. This never happened before with previous Vrbo extensions.
