At 50 meters from the suggestive square of Mondello, an area full of restaurants, bars and any other kind of services. Supermarket and pharmacy a few meters from the apartment. The shuttle bus stop is a few meters away. Also close to the beach, the luxurious 'La Torre' establishment and only 300 meters from the wonderful Capo Gallo oriented nature reserve.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a relaxation area from which you can admire the splendid panorama, it is equipped with a 43-inch LCD TV, a Bluray DVD player and WIFI Internet connection. The living room leads to the kitchen, bright and equipped with dishes, oven, blender, toaster, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
