L'appartamento e` situato nella zona antica e molto tranquilla di Palau, alla fine di una strada senza sbocco nel centro del paese. A pochi passi da Ristoranti, caffe` bar, traghetti per la Maddalena e altre destinazioni, la piazza centrale con il suo mercato e i negozi intorno e le spiagge.
La casa è composta da una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, salotto con due divani letto, angolo cottura con fornelli a gas, zona pranzo / cena.
La grande veranda coperta offre ampio spazio per colazioni pranzi e cene all'aperto, ma anche ampio spazio per bambini per giocare all'aperto. Il cancello offre privacy e accesso diretto alla strada.
Include frigo, TV, internet, lavatrice e tutti gli accessori necessari come lenzuola, asciugamani, detergente per cucina e lavatrice.

The beautiful sandy beaches are just a short walk away and can be reached using the old cobblestone paths or paved roads.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and offers one spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a closet, one full bath, comfortable living room with two pull out sofas, a kitchen and dining area. A large covered veranda provides plenty of space for dining and outdoor entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, small cooker, tall fridge with freezer, microwave, cooking utensils, pans and cutlery provided. The home is equipped with a washing machine. All bedding, towels and detergents are provided, just bring your bathing suits and toothbrush!!
