Eaglewood Resort and Spa
"The hotel was nice & spacious. Lobby was nice & had “clubhouse” vibe as it was a golf & spa hotel. This hotel needs serious upgrades. The facility is old. The room we checked in had a leaking toilet. (water from toilet bowl to the floor) So they gave us another room immediately. The room was spacious. Bed was big & sheets were clean. Bathroom was a bit small, but clean & functional. The bottles attached on the wall with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were from a certain brand. When I saw them I was happy as I used them before in a different hotel in the past. To my surprise & disappointment, the contexts were cheaper alternatives. My friend & I used pool in the morning of check out & we were alone. Pool & Jacuzzi were excellent! After figuring out how to start the dry sauna, it was wonderful. We decided to use the showers in the locker room. It took very long time to get hot water. There was a loose faucet in a sink & we told a staff at Spa. She noticed it before we did & already had called the maintenance. You can tell how old the facility is… The hotel & Spa/pool buildings are isolated from each other. You need to go outside & walk through a parking lot. When the weather is not nice the access will be hard. Lastly, you MUST make sure the hours of Spa & bowling. Monday is not a good day for these activities. Sitting at the table on the terrace attached to the lobby & watching planes go by in the night & morning were wonderful & peaceful. Remember daily parking fee!"
