The room was shabby. The window frames were old and bent and cold air came in - bathroom, carpet, wall coverings all worn and out dated. The refrigerator not in a cabinet - it was just sitting out in the room dented and missing paint. Sheets and pillows were wonderful and the staff was very nice Breakfast was powdered eggs Marriott can do better!

I stayed at this property on short notice because of snowstorm that caused numerous flight cancellations at ORD. The room was clean, the airport shuttle was convenient and the staff was pleasant. My stay was satisfactory up until breakfast - the close to $30 buffet was extremely disappointing. I recall college dorm breakfasts were better. It’s been awhile since I stayed at a Marriott branded property but I was expecting a much higher level of food quality.

Pool and fitness center were nice. Breakfast buffet on the weekends is great. During the week it is only a la carte. Room was comfortable and quiet. Only issue was that the bathroom was quite small, the door almost touched the toilet and sink!
