Beautiful and new apartment in the centre of Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava, only 260m away from the beaches.

The apartment is located in a nice and familiar community with swimming pool.

It is a ground floor apartment with a garden with private use. It has a capacity for 6 persons. The apartment is composed of living/dining room and open fully equipped kitchen with exit to the terrace and the garden, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom.

Private parking space in the comunity garage, lift, air conditioning and WIFI.

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10€ per person for sheets and 10€ per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
