Nice house on the outskirts of town. 1 km from the center, in the countryside. Quiet and sunny place. Nice views of the landscape. The house is located on the same plot next to two more houses ( family nucleus) . Independent Entrance. Private garden. Pool to share with the other two houses. You can walk perfectly to the town. The closest beaches are about 4-5 km such as LLafranch, Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu.
The house is distributed by two floors. main floor: entrance. Living room with fireplace, tv and exit to the garden. Dining room with exit to the terrace / porch. Large kitchen full equiped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, breakfast bar and eating corner. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace / porch. 1 toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upper floor: 1 "suite" bedroom with double bed, tv and bathroo / shower / wc. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each one. 1 bathroom / shower / wc. Terrace solarium. Small gym. Private garden with lawn and trees. Barbecue. Porch. Terrace furniture. Free WIFI. Parking space . Community pool 10m x 5m. Depth: 1m-2m
