All renovated, with 4 rooms on the ground floor (one en suite), 2 terraces (one downstairs and one upstairs), 2 living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms renovated this winter and 1 toilet, renovated kitchen 4 years ago. Very good price on OFFER and with Wi-Fi available

Large apartment in beautiful grounds, fantastic views.

This is a great family apartment, close to the centre of calella with beautiful views. The swimming pool and grounds are well cared for.

bon sejour

logement bien situé avec une superbe vue de la terrasse. la piscine collective est bien entretenue et agréable. Le logement est bien equipé , dommage que la piéce du haut soit inutilisable quand il fait trop chaud car les stores sont cassés. le logement aurait mérité d 'être plus propre et certains matelas a changer notamment ceux de la chambre avec les 2 lits une personne. sinon nous avons passé un super sejour. On recommande.

Una estancia de lo más placentera. El apartamento es espacioso y decorado con buen gusto, tiene unas vistas de ensueño, está acondicionado con todas las comodidades y su localización privilegiada han hecho de los días pasados allí unas vacaciones para recordar. Lo suficientemente apartado para gozar de la más absoluta tranquilidad pero a mano para llegar hasta el pueblo dando un paseo. La zona nos ha encantado. Una gran experiencia.
