Residential area of Costa Calma on a 500m large property, with private pool and tropical private garden. There are only a few meters from the sea with its fine sandy beach.
Equipped with qualitative very high quality materials, which run through the whole villa. Living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, large terrace on the right of the pool is located. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the region of Costa Calma.
A parking space is right outside the house. For this they have satellite reception for all TV channels. For the safety of the most important things is a small safe.
To shopping facilities, and various Restaurantes, there are only a few minutes.
