Lovely place

This place was ideal for what we wanted. It was lovely to wake up to the lovely views and hear the sea. Lovely and quiet. Great walks. The place it’s self had everything that we needed.

Lovely peaceful apartment with great sea views

Very comfortable apartment with everything that we required. We were greeted by a lovely girl (Lena?) who was so helpful. We really enjoyed eating al fresco or catching the sun on the terrace and slept well in the comfortable bed. We ate at both Ramon's and Falua restaurants and enjoyed both, although Ramon's simpler food and location on the beach might just pip it. We did lots of walks and were constantly amazed by the wonderful scenery, especially in the hills and on the Atlantic side of the peninsula. Many of these walks were inaccessible to coach trips so we had the scenery almost to ourselves (might be different in the summer though). Altogether a wonderful holiday in a great apartment. We will definitely be back.

Frühjahr in La Lajita

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter begrüßt und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Schon da merkten wir, dass die Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet ist und für unsere Ansprüche genau richtig war. Das kleine Fischerdorf La Lajita bietet ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf - ein gut sortierter Sparmarkt mit frischem Fisch, Wurst und Käse etc. und ein Bäcker waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die beiden von uns besuchten Restaurants La Falua und Ramon boten eine ansprechende Karte. Vor allem die Fischgerichte waren vorzüglich. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist in diesem Ort genau richtig. Der Strand allerdings lädt nicht unbedingt zu Spaziergängen ein. In ca. 10 km Entfernung findet man aber traumhafte Strände. Wir fanden an der Playa Barca immer einen schönen Platz( bei der Surfschule). Insgesamt haben wir uns den beiden Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt, allerdings muss man wissen, dass ein Auto unumgänglich ist.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war von Ausstattung und Lage einwandfrei, es hat alles gestimmt! Punktabzug für Müll der ums Haus verteilt war und in den 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht beseitigt wurde! Da wäre eine Art Hausmeisterdienst auch für den Vermieter Gold wert !

Toujours aussi agréable

Logement bien équipé et très agréable avec une superbe terrasse ; situé sur la plage du village de pêcheurs La Lajita, l’appartement offre une vue sur mer. Nombreuses balades à pieds dans les environs ou très bon point de chutes pour visiter l’île du Nord au Sud ; le marché local le dimanche au parc animalier de la Lajita permet d’acheter de bons produits locaux - légumes notamment car peu de possibilités autrement en dehors des supermarchés habituels.. endroit parfait pour se ressourcer, à l’écart de la foule. Restaurants conseillés, sur place, le Falua et à Las Playitas, la Casa de Victor.

Prachtige locatie

Net appartement op een fijne locatie. Voorzien van alles wat nodig is, prima bedden, badkamer en super uitzicht. Bakker en supermarkt nagenoeg om de hoek, net als een paar prima restaurantjes. Lekker weg van de typische toeristenlocaties maar deze zijn met de auto redelijk snel te bereiken. Mooie stranden bij Costa Calma en Morro Jable. Kortom: een AANRADER!

Appartamento molto carino, accogliente e pulitissimo!!...la terrazza è grandissima e il panprama è a dir poco fantastico..non capita tutti i giorni di fare colazione o cenare a casa con vista mare!! La ciliegina sulla torta è la proprietaria dell'appartamento: Lena!! Sempre disponibile e gentilissima!!! Se avremo la possibilitá, torneremo sicuramente e lo raccomanderó a tutti quelli che vorranno andare a Fuerteventura!!! Fossero tutti cosi gli appartamenti per le vacanze, ci farei la firma!!! Erholung pur !!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die einfach mal entspannen wollen und den Lebensstil der Einheimischen erleben möchten. Hier ist definitiv kein Massentourismus zu finden. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet. Alles was benötigt wird ist vor Ort. Insbesondere die Terrasse ist mit seiner Aussicht und Größe eine Erholungsoase. Ergänzend zu den anderen Bewertungen ist noch zu sagen, dass es gerade die Kleinigkeiten sehr angenehm machen: - Große Dusche mit Temperaturbeständigkeit und funktionierendem Ablauf - Komplette Ausstattung, wie z. B. auch Bügeleisen, Strandausstattung, Wäscheständer, etc. - Komplette Küchenausstattung vom Korkenzieher über Tassen, Teller, Gläser, Pfannen, Schneidbretter, Töpfe, Pfannen, usw. - Betten sind bei Ankunft frisch bezogen und es gibt Ersatzbettwäsche - Jedes Bett hat 2 verschieden große Kissen. Betten sind bequem Mietwagen vom Flughafen aus ohne Probleme bei Abholung und Rückgabe. Mit dem Auto sind sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände schnell und einfach zu erreichen, da La Lajita sehr zentral auf der Insel gelegen ist. Frau Keller hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts erreichbar. Es gab keinerlei Probleme in Bezug auf die Buchung, Bezahlung, Wohnungsübernahme und Rückgabe sowie Erstattung der Kaution. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Sauberes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ansonsten sehr ruhig gelegen. Von der Terasse aus hat man einen direkten Blick aufs Meer. Schöne Strände sind ca. in 15 min per Auto zu erreichen.

gute Ferienwohnung

Alles in allem war die Ferienwohnung gut eingerichtet. Touristen gab es in diesem Ort kaum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und gut. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "La Faiua". Ist nicht ganz billig aber ausgesprochen gutes Essen. Der Strand nahe am Haus ist vulkanisch und daher schwarz, sowie recht steinig, außer einem kleinen Abschnitt. Wer das nicht mag, ist nach 20 Minuten Autofahrt auch an den großen hellen Sandstränden. Lärm durch Anwohner hatten wir, im Gegensatz zu anderen Urlaubern nicht.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Appartment, schöne Sonnenterrasse mit Meerblick. Gute Einzelbetten. Küchenausstattung ausreichend, Herd mit Backofen. Alles vorhanden, sogar Strandausrüstung, Netter unspektakulärer Ort, abseits des Touristenmainstreams, eher Einheimich bzw. Spanisch. Gute Infrastruktur, Restaurants, Einkaufen ect. Wenn wir wieder nach Fuerteventura kommen gerne wieder hierhin!!

schönes Apartment, aber nicht ohne meine Katze

Das Apartment liegt in dem kleinen Ort La Lajita in erster Reihe mit direktem Meerblick. Leider wissen diese prominente Lage auch Mäuse zu schätzen. Wir hatten in dem Apartment gleich drei kleine Besucher (unter der Küche), wovon wir eine fangen konnten. Der Vermieter ist informiert und wollte sich nun kümmern ... A. Was uns gut gefallen hat 1. im Apartment - große Terrasse, mit zwei Sonnenliegen (leider ohne Auflage) - bequemes Bett (nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich, mit dicken Matratzen und normaler getrennter Decke (wie man das in Deutschland kennt) - gut eingerichtete Küche, inklusive Gläserauswahl. Von der Nudelkelle bis zum Flaschenöffner alles da - starkes, zuverlässiges W-Lan - große Dusche mit flachem Einstieg und heißem Wasser, auch durchaus lange - zwei Sets Handtücher + Badelaken + Ersatzbettwäsche - gut funktionierende Waschmaschine - Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür - Übergabe hat gut geklappt (zuverlässige Verwaltung) - Erstattung der Kaution innerhalb einer Woche 2. in der Umgebung - wunderbare Strände der Costa Calma mit dem Auto in 10 Min. zu erreichen, mit tollen Sandbankformationen, auf denen man gut 5 km wandern kann - Oasis-Park: großer Zoo/Park mit zutraulichen Lemurenäffchen, Besuch ist ein Muss, Markt im Oasis-Park: sonntags bis 13:00 (Obst/Gemüse, deutscher Bäcker, deutscher Schlachter, Ziegenkäse (lecker, günstig, große Auswahl) - Spar-Markt im Ort (200m entfernt, gute Auswahl, gute Fleisch-, Fisch-, und Käsetheke, günstig) - erstaunlich gutes Restaurant "La Falua" (sehr gutes mageres Fleisch, liebevoll angerichtete Gerichte, eisgekühltes Bier vom Fass). Bloß nicht zu "El Marinero" gehen (die Portionen sind zwar riesig, das Essen ist aber fade, fettig, sehnig). - es leben viele Katzen im Ort, die einer Streicheleinheit nicht abgeneigt sind B. Was uns aufgefallen ist - beide Strände sind mit Steinen und Schotter übersät. Leider liegen auch im Wasser jede Menge Felsen/Steine, die mit glitschigen Algen überzogen sind. In der Bucht baden kann man zwar grundsätzlich jeder Zeit, weil die sehr geschützt liegt. Der Zugang ist aber ein Problem (Badeschuhe / Badeturnschuhe sind Pflicht, normale Badelatschen kann man vergessen) C. Was uns nicht gut gefallen hat - Die Sache mit den Mäusen eben, denn es kommt natürlich auch zu Mäusekot, gerade im Küchenbereich - die Musikbeschallung, insbesondere aus dem ersten Haus gegenüber

Alles perfekt!

Riesige Terrasse mit herrlicher Meersicht. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit auf dieser Terrasse und genossen das Ferien-Leben. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Lena herzlich empfangen und die Wohnungsübernahme war unkompliziert. La Lajita ist ein ruhiges Fischerdorf abseits vom Massentourismis. Im Ort ist alles was es im Urlaub braucht vorhanden, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir wären am liebsten nicht mehr abgereist, so gut gefiel uns alles. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Magica Fuerteventura

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due settimane, nel mese di agosto. L’appartamento è molto carino, ben arredato e fornito di tutto il necessario. La terrazza fronte mare è magnifica, anche se, essendo direttamente sulla spiaggia, può capitare, come è successo a noi, la visita in casa di qualche piccolo topolino. Per noi non è stato un grosso dramma, ma per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema. Il paese è molto tranquillo, non ci sono mai stati episodi che abbiano disturbato il sonno notturno. Ci sono inoltre i servizi indispensabili come un paio di ristoranti, il supermercato, la farmacia, la banca e, per noi italiani, il caffè espresso! La posizione è ottima come punto di partenza per girare l’isola, sia verso sud che verso nord. Lena è molto gentile e disponibile, anche se non c’è mai stato bisogno per noi di chiedere il suo intervento. Vivamente consigliato quindi a chi cerca un posto molto tranquillo, lontano dai grandi centri turistici e come base per girare quest’isola davvero meravigliosa.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit tollem Meerblick

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmt mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Uns hat für eine Woche nichts gefehlt. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung für Individualisten in ruhige Lage. Im kanarischen Ort selbst findet man fast alles, um sich selbst zu versorgen, sowie Gaststätten. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
