Esta villa de lujo con frente al río casa de campo independiente está situado a sólo unos minutos a pie de la playa central de palma Puerto del Pacífico con flecos en el extremo oriental de la Costa de Coral. Combinado la propiedad cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 3 baños completos y capacidad para 9 personas. Tanto la Villa y la cabaña tienen cocinas completas y salas de medios de comunicación independientes con TV por satélite.

Perfecto para sus vacaciones de Fiji esta propiedad frente al río cerrada y privada se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de los balnearios y restaurantes, a 5 minutos a pie de la preciosa playa de Puerto del Pacífico, a 10 minutos a pie de la zona comercial del pueblo y un paseo de 5 minutos en coche del Trent Jones 18 hoyos de golf. Este refugio frente al río tiene una cómoda sala de proyección en voladizo que se extiende a lo largo del río respaldado por exuberantes jardines tropicales. La propiedad tiene fácil acceso al río para kayak y deportes acuáticos.

La Villa principal cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios con baño, salón de planta abierta y zona de comedor, una gran cocina de servicio completo que incluye una estufa de gas comercial y horno, y una sala multimedia en el piso de arriba.

El dormitorio principal es grande y confortable, con una sala de estar separada y vistas a la espectacular fachada del río Qaraniqio con puertas francesas a la piscina y la ducha al aire libre. El baño es completo con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje separada para sus necesidades de relajación.

El segundo dormitorio tiene capacidad para 3 personas y está configurado con una cama queen y una cama individual, con baño privado y acceso directo a la piscina y al jardín.

Separadamente ubicado en la propiedad, la cabaña ofrece dos dormitorios con capacidad para cuatro (4) invitados. Un dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y el segundo tiene una cama de matrimonio con vistas a los jardines y el río.

Perfecto para los huéspedes que aman el aire libre la zona de la piscina se completa con salones al aire libre y dos grandes matices paraguas de sol.

Beautiful Property

Wonderful get away

The location was great. The facilities to Pacific Harbour are an easy walk away. The area is peaceful and quiet. The villa easily accommodated 6 adults and a baby. The essentials are provided, from towels to coffee beans. The kitchen is proportional to the size of the house and is well appointed. The pool is large. The kayaks are in great condition and the kayaking is a must-do. The garden and grounds is well kept. The owners are attentive and lovely hosts. Overall, this is a fabulous home and an ideal location for family living and vacation.

Great property.

We had a delightful time here. The setting is wonderful and the owners were cooperative and helpful. The place needs a little TLC but we had lots of fun. They provide kayaks and had a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the river. There are two bedrooms in the main house and two more w/bath in the ‘cottage’.

A Gem in Paradise

I spent a week with my family, eight adults, had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to spread out, with all the amenities to come together and enjoy time with loved ones. The home is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to dining establishments and grocery store. The grounds are amazingly beautiful, right next to the river. Pool, deck chairs were very nice, we spent a lot of time just relaxing there. Kayaks were a big plus, allowing quick excursion to the beach. In exploring the area, I could not see a nicer place to stay, we were lucky to find this gem.

Get away

The house was a perfect place to relax and enjoy close-by activities, like river rafting and diving. The terrace beside the river was a great place to read on rainy days. Just be aware that there are always people on the property doing work and maintenance and in the workshop in front of the house, and as they walk around rhe property they can get a view of the inside (kitchen, living areas) as the property doe not have blinds in the living space area.

Luxurious and spacious property with all you need

Such a large accommodation that easily housed 3 couples for 5 nights. Beautifully manicured garden. Great ventilation, but ac was great when needed. So handy having a washing machine. Fun was had kyaking with plenty of life jackets provided. Thank you

What a beautiful home!!!

The riverfront estate was beautiful! We spent seven days of our 12-day trip at this location and wilI say that it will have a lasting impression on our wonderful trip. The estate was clean and well-kept with local flowering plants and fresh fruit all around. The river patio was the best place to have our morning coffee and listen to the birds and watch the fish jumping around us. Alexxis was a great host and made things easy for us to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Fiji. We will be back!!!

Family Holiday

The property was amazing, beautiful location by the river and close for alot of activities. Todd and Alexxis were great, always got back to us quickly and Dee was great in helping us with contacting and organising some activities! We all loved the pool, river jumping and kayaking. Absolutely beautiful home away from home

Absolute beautiful place with fabulous host. All the family loved it. A place for everyone. Gardens were absolutely stunning with the outdoor deck and enclosed patio perfectly situated right on the river. Home was immaculate with everything you need with pool and aircon. Way better than expected

We loved staying here! The pool is fun, there’s so much space, our older kids loved having their own little house. There’s an awesome place right on the river where you can eat or sit, or even jump off the roof into the river. The 4 kayaks were great, we spent our days kayaking down to the beach or just around the river. It was a great stay! We loved it. It’s about 2.5 hours drive from Nadi and 1 hour from Suva.

Secretly I don’t want to share my views on this property because I want to keep this gem in paradise to myself😬 My family and friends. 8 of us created the most amazing memories here The home Yes it’s a home is more than what we expected. Little tings like cookware and dishes and instructions on what to do etc The pool. The screen room-not to watch to tv but to screen us from outside elements while enjoying a good read or just a quiet moment. The kayaks. The ability to fish by the river or just watch boats n kayaks go by Hosts recommend Mark for fishing and he must be the best because my husband who hardly says anything raves about the experience and the fish galore. Alexxis, Todd and the team of Dee. Alisi and bela are super hosts and very responsive. We are already planning when to come back and friends and family are wanting to know how they can book this place Thanks Alexxis and Todd

Private paradise!

Beautiful and spacious property right by the river. Lovely hosts who make sure you are well looked after. The pool is clean and warm , there are canoes to explore the area. Beach, shops and restaurants few minutes drive away. Could not ask for.morw. Thank you for having us!

Dream Vacation

The Villa in Pacific Harbour was exactly as described and even more. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. We could be close together for meals but also had our own areas where we could have some privacy. The ceiling fans, air con, and pool kept us very comfortable. The wifi kept us connected to the world back home when we needed it. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was amazing. The river in back of the property was perfect for fishing and kayaking. Our kids took the kayaks up the everywhere-- up river and out to the beach. The screened dock house was a great place to relax at the end of the day and listen to the peaceful sounds of the river. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Food, shopping, beach, etc. Our host was very responsive to our every need. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer-- we will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful pool

We had a great week, exactly what we were looking for. Big kitchen so breakfast at home. Hanging out at and in the pool. Easy walk to several shops and restaurants. Alexxis arranged our transfer from/to Nadi, and a day trip to Suva city.

Excellent Property!

Clean, expansive, and secluded property right on the river. We really enjoyed the enclosed deck next to the river and the pool during our stay. We walked to The Establishment and Arts Village several time and even enjoyed a run through the golf course. Todd and Alexxis were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans, but doesn’t have much in the way of spices if you’re looking to cook meals make sure you bring what you need or expect to buy it. Overall a great stay!
