Wake up to a view of the sun rising over the pasture while still only being a quick walk from shops and the beach. This house in the brand new Farm District is furnished to make your beach trip as relaxing or active and adventurous as you desire.

House Features:
- In the Farm district directly across from the pasture.
- Gas burning fireplace
-Hot tub (six person) set far back from the street making it feel private and secluded
-Hot/cold hose bib for rinsing off sandy feet
-Gas barbecue, wood fire pit, and ample comfortable seating in large outdoor space
-Washer and dryer
-Wrap around porch with Adirondack chairs and a view of the pasture
-Close proximity to tennis courts, pickle ball court, park, basketball courts, and Horseshoe park
-Collection of books, DVDs, board games, and puzzles

Lovely cottage

Clean and cozy with bonus hot tub! The only drawback was the patio cushions were unusable due to being filthy with some burn marks.
