This great family house is completely renovated, brand new and beautiful. Our new home is professionally decorated like a 5 star boutique hotel, this luxury retreat is outfitted with top of the line finishes, furniture and an amazing location at beautiful Silver Strand beach. Located in Silver Strand, an exclusive mile long stretch of pristine California coast, our newest home boasts 50 feet of sandy beachfront. The extra large beachfront stretch allows for stunning views from the main living area, kitchen and dining room, and also two bedrooms! The large sandy beach right in front of our home is like your own private beach. Great for families with small children. It's easy to keep an eye on them when you have the beach right there! The back patio has an outdoor shower with hot water, to rinse off after a day at the beach.

LOCATION: Conveniently located near Santa Barbara, Carpenteria and Ventura, just off the 101 freeway. We are 65 miles north of LA, 25 minutes north of Malibu, 35 minutes south of Santa Barbara and just 10 minutes from downtown Ventura. Silver Strand is famous for its great surf break out front, it's secluded mile long stretch of beach and it's peaceful sandy beaches. Visit downtown Ventura for a wide selection of dining-you won't be disappointed with it's variety of boutiques and great restaurants.

This beautiful, California Beach Bungalow style two-story home is located in Silver Strand in Ventura County. Come experience classic California beach living at its best. Enjoy stunning ocean views and sunsets from the front deck, family room, kitchen, bedroom, roof top deck and upstairs MASTER SUITE. Start each morning drinking your coffee with the entire beach in front of you. Open the wall of doors to experience in-door-out-door California living at its finest. Check the surf and enjoy the view of the Channel Islands, and gorgeous sunsets right out front. There is so much to do in the immediate surrounding area, yet you will want to be home every evening to watch the incredible sunsets. As if the views could get any better from inside, wait until you venture up to the Roof top deck. Lounge in privacy on top of it all, with 360 views, a new hot tub, and gas fire pit. All four bedrooms have doors that lead to an outdoor patio space. The two upstairs rooms open out to a shared deck with ocean views, and the two bedrooms downstairs have doors leading to a common patio and the beach.

GREAT ROOM: To take advantage of the best views, the LIVING area is upstairs on the second floor. The living room has a full size sofa that is also a queen sofa bed & 2 occasional chairs that provides plenty of seating to enjoy not only the stunning ocean view, but also to watch a movie and relax. A large multi-panel sliding glass door provides a spacious flow between the indoors and outdoors. Open it to bring the outdoors in, and take advantage of the refreshing ocean breeze. This room is equipped with a large flat screen television with surround sound, direct tv/blu-ray/netflix and WiFi. There is a gas fireplace for those chilly winter evenings.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is located right next to the living area on the second floor and enjoys the same stunning views. Equipped with beautiful new custom cabinetry, granite countertops and new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking wants and needs. There is a spacious island with full ocean views. Next to the kitchen is the large dining table, perfect for family meals or hours of card games.


BEDROOMS & BATH: Off the living room and kitchen upstairs is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are on the ground level.

MASTER SUITE: Bedroom 1. The master bedroom is upstairs off the main living area. It won't be easy to get out of bed with the large picture windows and expansive ocean views. With the channel islands straight ahead, the stunning nightly sunsets and the surf to watch, you will never tire of this view. Open your windows to let in the fresh ocean breeze, or walk out on the side deck to take it all in. Enjoy the sound of the ocean each night while you sleep.
The master bedroom is equipped with a new king bed, LCD tv, occasional chair, and its own access to the outdoor side deck. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and stunning marble accents. Wash the sand away in luxury in the custom European polished cement shower with smooth stone floors. Sleeps 2

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom upstairs has a new queen size bed, a LCD tv and direct access to the ocean view side deck via the sliding glass door. The bathroom is just outside the door and has a shower/bathtub combination in style.Sleeps 2

BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom is on the bottom floor and also enjoys great ocean views! This room has a new queen size bed, LCD tv, and private access to the back patio and the beach thru the French door. This room has an ensuite Jack and Jill style bathroom, that connects thru to bedroom 4. The custom finished bathroom has two vanities and a shower. Sleeps 2

BEDROOM 4
This bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and 2 twin bunks over top. This space is perfect for two couples, a family with kids or a space just for the kids! The room has access to the Jack and Jill bathroom with two sinks and a french door access to the back patio and beach. Sleeps 4-6

BATHROOM 1
Is located in the upstairs Master bedroom. It has 2 sinks, toilet and a shower.
BATHROOM 2
Is located on the 2nd floor off the main living area. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.
BATHROOM 3
Is located on the first floor and is a Jack and Jill bathroom between bedrooms 3 & 4. It has 2 sinks , a toilet and a shower.

All bedrooms have new LCD televisions, luxurious duvets and fine linens on the beds to provide the ultimate in comfort.

Keep your clothes fresh with our washer and dryer, available in the 2 car garage.

SURF & SAND: This home has one of California's finest surf breaks right out front. It's hard to not take a morning and evening stroll on this peaceful stretch of beach, searching for shells, exploring the beach for hours! Paddle boarding, kayaking, body boarding and swimming. If you love to fish, there is fantastic fishing right off the gettys!
