Worked well for our group of six space wise. Comfortable beds. Situated very close to neighboring homes which had a dog that barked a lot at odd hours during the night. The kitchen could have used some dish towels and wash cloths for cleaning up and wiping down. Also, we could not find any garbage bags for the kitchen. Upon arrival, the kitchen garbage was partially full and smelly. It was not lined with a bag for easy removal. Dishes in the drawer were not very clean. Location was good for our Channel Islands visit with a short drive.

A lot of rules. Not enough towels. No wash cloths. Beds didnt seem clean. Hot tub didnt work. Could've been cleaner and presented better in pictures. Ok stay.
