The staff are always very welcoming and accommodating here, and the food is lovely. Perhaps some of the rooms are looking tired??... Or conversely is it just patina 😇... Which ever way you look at it, they are always clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room...
